  1. Congratulations on getting this list stickied!
  2. Assuming that the passives will now be slottable for damage resistance, please start them at non-zero damage resistance (when the SR scrapper is at full health). This helps prevent the SR scrapper from being one-shot, and keeps the scrapper from getting zero benefit from having slotted his or her powers.

In other words, if I put three damage resist SOs in a passive, it should be doing something for me right away.
  3. Still working, my scrapper used it to elude some death mages' Tenebrous Tentacles in the Abandoned Sewer Network. Thing to bear in mind is that it might be a low magnitude resistance, i.e. it might not resist multiple tentacles, just one at a time.

Acrobatics is known to resist only one hold at a time, as well. If the enemies stack holds, they'll overcome your resistance.
  4. I measured the toggle costs for focused fighting, focused senses, stealth, and combat jumping some time ago, by running end to zero, then turning one toggle on and timing how long it took to regen to 100 end.

Focused fighting, senses, and stealth all worked out to 0.333 end/sec.

Combat jumping seemed to take 0 end per second. Others have said that it's actually like 0.0375 end/sec. Either way, it's a very low number.
