On the right hand side of your power bar tray is a little plus. You can use these to create new child power bars.
Create 3 new power bars (or 2, or 1) to mimic your current tray:
Now, go up to Menu, and turn TRAY off.
Your screen should now look like this:
You should be unable to change power trays with clicks, although the power bars are still draggable.
Well the servers are back up and I just tested this.
Bummer, it does not work as stated. I suppose a later patch 'fixed' things so the info here is no longer valid.
When I do as instructed in this post the daughter bars still have the damn
arrows that are too easy to activate.
Oh well.
If anyone knows of a newer method to disable the damn arrow bar switches on the action bars please post. -
The server status page claims the servers are all up.
The server status page claimed they were all up about 20 minutes ago too.
However that is not true as of this post time. Just tried to log in and can not. -
When I saw Jaseist's reply I was initially glad to see a solution to a game issue
that has been bugging me since I started playing CoH a month or so ago.
Since the servers are down I have no way to test but... if what I see on jaseist's screenie shot is right then there is no quick access to inspirations, salvage, powers, etc and the like via on screen menu.
Anyone aware of a way to have those menu items appear on the screen when using
the 'tray off' option?

Someone already told ya. Dont' buy laptops with intel graphics solutions if you expect to game anything beyond Solitare.
That's the main problem there.
Laptops with higher end Nvidia or ATA mobile chipsets are the proper solution for anyone that expects or desires to game with a laptop. Period. -

Neither is there access to AE and those fun missions.
Neither is there access to Super Group functions nor can Pratorians contribute to their future SG prestige points.
Not to mention other stuff that is missing. -
About six days ago I tried to delete one of my characters on Liberty, a level 1
I had created and never did anything with on the Villan side.
It SEEMS to delete but upon re-login at a later time it is back.
I tried deleting the character 5 times in the days since.
The last time I sort of succeeded, the character is still on my line up of chars (I only
have 5 total there) but if I log in on it it is a invisible character with no powers.
So this started before the release of Going Rogue.
And no, I do not have any 'extra;' slots. Mine are the default that come with any account.
