Gotcha, yeah! I've actually never used pvp IOs but I'm allotting myself the use of them in this build. Talk about expeeensive. The build I have mapped out so far is at 41 though it DID hit 48 at one point but I keep moving things around.

Have a build you'd suggest that would be a good comparison? With i19, I'd be able to fit in phase (hallelujah) but currently I'm not. I keep telling myself to just wait to respec and slot until i19 but I'm so impatient.

How... in the hell are ya'll getting 41+ KB prot on a blaster? Like honestly.

I'm building my psy/em and I'm looking at it, swearing the most I can get (without slotting Javs) is like 29. So, help please? Are Javs a must to achieve this? I don't care about price.

Secondly, how does Phase Shift work with Hibernate? Could I come out of Hibernate and Phase away? Because I thought one 'canceled' the other out.

You're so right, Caem! It is a compliment, however if a back handed one. I suppose depending on the frequency of which it happens it could pose as coming off as slightly odd.

...a fellow acquaintance or the like commissions the exact same artists as you do?

Example: Another player who you've met has your dA on watch, and when you receive a new commission, they're quick to commission that same artist? I'm not talking about once or twice, but nearly on every piece of art you commissioned.

Maybe you've suggested artists to the 'friend' as well and they commission them also, only to later say 'My art is expensive, soandso just points me to the cheap but decent art', when their gallery is filled with the same. very. artists you commission regularly (what an insult!). The galleries could be identical if it were not for the difference in OCs.

I'm just curious and this of course, is only hypothetical.

I have the CoV Collector's edition but I'd like the power slide offered in the other collector's edition. I don't need/want the others, I just want a game code. The comics are not important to me, nor is anything else.

I can't see buying it for $45(Ebay)-$115(Amazon) when I already own the game, had to buy CoH, then CoV, the booster packs, then Going Rogue, the MAC Edition, etc. Can anyone help me find a serial I can buy/apply to my account?

I just have a character I'd like to use the power slide with. Thanks.
