DP/Ice has been a blast so far. It's non-stop action. Jump into melee fire off Hail of Bullets, then back out to range for Bullet Rain, Piericing Rounds and Empty Clips.
I've been teaming mostly, but when solo Ice Patch and Shiver are a big help when you need to keep mobs off you.
Here's my build so far ... just IOs for now.

I just ran into this myself. Sold a purple for 250M and lost about 220M because of the cap. Lesson learned.

Here's my Inv/Fire build. It's definitely not the best it can be, but it's been running pretty good so far. It's a great PvE tank.
I tried to focus on capping Smashing/Lethal defense along with providing a fair amount of hit points, regen and recovery. I believe I'm at cap or just below with just a single target in range. In a crowd, it's way over cap with plenty of room to handle defense debuffs.

Can anyone tell me which files make up the looping sound for the Energy Melee attacks?
I tried powers/energycore1_loop through energycore5_loop and Intel2_loop as well as intel_loop, no luck so far.
