Hey, don't thank me, thank Goldberg for picking up the slack. That 49 corr I had last night didn't have the contact unlocked (I needed to have done at least one respec to unlock). He did all the running around, all I did was buff people pink. XD
We had a good run; slow start because I spent about 5-10 minutes trying to figure out where the mish was in Ouro before I realized we didn't have it, and we had a few AFK's along the way. Overall, tho, we steamrolled well on arcs 1 and 2.

I don't think it's entitlement to say that the entire playerbase should have access, through one method or another to all the costume pieces. Like I said, vets could still get them for free and everybody else could unlock them or buy them. I don't see that as entitlement, just letting everyone have access to the full potential of the character designer.
I'd rather NOT see the costume items move into a "buy" status because of vet reward precedence. The system works as designed, and rewards everyone in time, at the same rate.
I hear the arguments for opening them up. I just don't agree with the premise in light of vet rewarding. Let the status quo stand.

Pick a night and time and make a signup sheet, and people will line up. I can bring anything for the Master run. I'd have to check what's next on my Master LG list, but I'm fairly far down it so far. I can also field something the team needs if things look desperate.

There's a strength in saturating your toons on a few servers as you start out, until you get a feel for the local communities and the population impact on any MMO. I'd do that for the summer - commit to rolling at least one toon to lvl 20 on a few choice servers, getting a feel for the people, and seeing if you want to invest in a given location.
Having said that: I'd say that unless your toon were 40+, transferring them is a waste of money. You can level a new toon (and get a feel for the locals) in a relatively easy enough stride. Around 40, it'll get harder because you really do need to team on more epic runs (task forces, master runs, the quasi-endgame arcs, etc).
If you smoke $20 bills for being so freakin' rich, tho, transfer away. It's really not that expensive when you think about it, if time and effort is a consideration for you.
On Freedom: I couldn't recommend a better server. You'll find a LOT of preconceived notions about our server, both good and bad. My suggestion to you is, login and make your own opinion. I think we're the best balance of population + casual play, but you may have your own pursuits (RPers will drift to Virtue, for instance, although there's an interesting underground for that on Freedom that seems to be growing...).
So, to sum up: Login, check it out here, and by the time you're done, you'll prolly have matched the toon you're leaving behind anyway.
