So, if you're that heavy on endurance usage, the better bet is to slot for both: 3 IOs in Stamina, and one endurance IO in your really expensive powers to defray the immediate END cost per use.
The new "Going Rogue" answer is, "Work on your Incarnate abilities." The Cardiac tree is IMO the most useful one for any endurance-intensive build, and at Tier 4 you get significant savings on all your powers. I run an illusion/stormie and I'm the type that's melee-deep into a fight, so I'm burning up blue like it's going outta style. With the Cardiac tree (I have the Cardiac Core Paragon), I was able to net significant power savings for my normal combat antics. Coupled with 3 end mod IOs in Stamina, and it's a rare day that I run outta blue now.

So yeah, yesterday, I posted that we finally, FINALLY got that damned "Loves a Challenge" badge after trying for a week or so straight.
Tonight, what do we do?

Got this, FINALLY. Had an impromptu trial set up after the Freedom player auctions and a Horde Master ITF run, totally unplanned, but we made it work. Kudos to everyone who helped (including a few fresh faces on my teams, like @Medic of Death and @RadiaGoon) make this a win.

How does it work?
The basic format is this: A player volunteers to have themselves auctioned off. At the event, other players place bids on them. The person with the highest bid gets 4 hours of the auctionee's time (either all at once or in smaller chunks; whatever is mutually agreeable) and the two of you do whatever the buyer wants... So long as it's within the EULA, of course. 25% of the winning bid goes to the auctionee, 25% goes to P.E.R.C. and 50% goes into a special jackpot used at the end of the night for a prize drawing.
I want to be an auctionee!
First, make sure that you can commit to 4 hours total play time with the person that buys you. This can be a single 4 hour session, two 2 hour sessions, four 1 hour sessions, or whatever will work for both parties. You'll need to be able to do this within 1 - 2 months after the auction or desired time frame worked out by both parties. As an auctionee, you don't need to be present on the night of the auction either; we'll still sell you even if you're out of town! Players will receive their 25% of the winning bid.
I want to donate (even though I don't have any influence)!
In addition to auctionees, we're looking for those who are willing to donate items or services. 25% of the proceeds from these sales will go to the player donating the item/service, and the remaining 75% will go towards funding player events on the Freedom server. Donations may include IO baskets (10 random procs, purples, PvP IOs, etc.), art, build designing, base building, shopping, costume designing, bio writing, "Master of" TF runs, badge/accolade assistance and similar services. All services must be specific and must be completed within a reasonable time frame after the auction (1 - 2 months). You may also donate IOs to serve as door prizes given away during the event. All players who make donations will be posted, unless they request to be anonymous.
For those who want to donate team spots:
You can offer up a spot on a team for a "Master of" TF, to get a rare badge, etc. This should be something that is specific and special (I.E. a spot on a random team for 2 hours would not qualify). Please make sure if you are offering this that you have 7 people total (or less if you need less) who will be willing run this team.
I want to be a bidder!
Simply show up at the auction on Saturday, July 23rd (9pm Eastern) and have your influence ready! We'll have players, IOs, and other goodies on sale, and your purchase will help fund future P.E.R.C. Events.
I just want to have fun and maybe win a prize!
You're welcome to show up even if you don't plan on being auctioned off or placing a bid. We'll have prizes and give-aways throughout the event, including the randomly selected grand prize winner who will walk away with 40% of the night's jackpot! Just remember: You have to be there to win!

I disagree. I have 'Avoids The Green Stuff' on multiple toons due to helping others get it, but have not been able to get 'Loves A Challenge' on ANY yet.
On the up side, I've got some serious top shelf badgers teaming for this one. Leandro, TopDoc, Max Blast, Caliburst, a number more. At this rate we'll get the "run Keyes trial 100 times" hidden badge before all of you... -

To clarify (JSK hasn't updated his list yet):
I will be representing the non-SG affiliated casual player group, "The Freedom Horde", to submit ourselves for auction, offering a Horde-quality run with any TF or SF of the player's choosing. This can be several runs, to total the approximate 4 hrs' worth as required by the auction rules. Or, for however long you can stand us.
So, if you've never heard of the Horde, and want to find out what we're about, this is one fun way to do it! -

Yes, on my third attempt, we had only the team leads attacking one door apiece. The idiot lead on another team didn't stop at the instructed 5%-10%, but just kept attacking until it was destroyed. By the time I'd realized what was happening, it was already too late. If that's the caliber of player I'm dealing with on Champion, I may have to move my badger to another server.
