Nice concept, I was thinking of drawing baby versions of characters but I haven't managed to draw one of my own.

I sometimes dream of having as much art as TA...

- first thing first is vary the color up some, don't add so much black and yellow everywhere. Definitely don't make the hair color the same as the majority of your costume. Try adding a 3rd color into the mix that works well with your concept. adding some skin to the costume generally solves this for most people though.
- when going with all tights, start with the chest pattern first, then work on either the gloves or legs next. Makes it bit easier to find likeable pattern combinations.
- I would suggest changing both colors to start out for and try some less "dark" combinations (since you are a hero). Also ditching the disco pants for something else would be a good idea too, unless you are going to add in some skin.

Rosy would definitely be a challenge I can imagine for some, others can probably easily do it using their fancy graphic software and/or their "MAD ARTZ SKILLZ". Duskvolt is just a nightmare with so much black in the screenshot, can hardly tell where the hair begins...

You've got great drawing skills, a lot better than me. I tend to start drawing something and then lose focus halfway through, but that probably because of my mild ADD. Keep at it, you have a lot of talent!
