I have a Nightwidow build of my own that I thought I would share. Me being a max/min builder and wanting to go all out, its not cheap in the slightest, but it works for me. My attacks are a bit different then TopDoc, but the numbers are not that far off. My build also respecs into inherent fitness so I get the extra power picks.
Overall it has more recharge (177.5%), damage buff (36.5%), defense (72% melee, 60.5% ranged, 60.5% aoe), and resistances (30% smash/lethal) then that build TopDoc had posted (though I am sure TopDoc has made improvements). I dont use aid self, but thats because I have the destiny rebirth teir 3 and green inspirations. I get around the endurance issues with her cardiac core paragon, which does wonders. Being an incarnate really makes a build like this shine.
I opted for buildup over follow up for the moment because I did not find follow up to be all that effective and my global recharge allows me to use buildup with only 16 seconds downtime between 10 second casts (and grants more damage bonus than 2x follow up without the ability to miss). Overall it really just comes down to playstyle I guess but I thought that I would share what I came up with to see what you guys think. I also have a Fortunata second build for her that emphasizes on psionic damage and takes the aoe mez powers as well as vengeance. Both builds have full stealth and tp since I do team an alot on my 50's.

Hey Dr Occult,
I was showing you what i had done in my blue side supergroup Champions of Valor and after you were asking about a house design. Well, an sg that i'm a leader in has one I wanted to show you, its the Warriors of OZ supergroup and along with the other 2 leaders we made dorothy's house, the one that fell on the witch in part of the base. Screenshot below:
The house walls are made out of book shelves. The framing beneath the house out of desks, with a railing done in tech lamps. The roof is made of those steel tech stairs, the drapes are arcane tp beacons, and the house door is one of those bathroom doors stuck between the wood that makes the walls. Inside it has a kitchen and living room, and stairs leading up to a second floor bedroom. For a better description and a better look you can get me to give you a tour later.
The Warriors of OZ base itself is really huge. It was made back in i12 on the test server and uses elements of both i12 and i13, it even has the old double wide doors you cannot do any more. It comes complete with good and evil witch areas, yellow brick road, air balloon, flying monkey island, dorothy's house, wizards area, a few boats and a maze.
For anyone that has not seen my work, below is my photobucket collection with a bunch of screenshots of my self created blue side supergroup Champions of Valor. My Champions of Valor supergroup comes complete with graveyard, vault, waterfall, arcane elevators, library, double sided banner labels at key door sections, a few hidden passages, meeting room, common quarters, storage rooms, and bosses quarters (2 rooms still under construction). The screen shots are not complete and up to date, so if you want a better look at it or to see my updates just message me in game for a tour some time.

I completely agree that the devs need to give supergroup bases and base builders some well deserved attention. I do not feel that an entire issue devoted to bases is necessary but I do strongly agree that we deserve to have at least a small amount of attention given to bases with each future issue.
None of us expect to have all of our requests granted in a single issue or for that matter in the very near future. But it is clear that bases have been completely neglected for many issues and everyone would benefit from positive changes to both the base editor and the functionality of supergroups.
It is my strong belief that the base building community would in fact grow and the desire for future improvements to bases would grow along with it if the developers simply gave supergroup bases the attention they deserve. Supergroups should be more than just storage space and a set of teleporters. The possibilities for new content branching from supergroups are at least equal to that of the mission architect system and supergroup bases could be used to provide a whole new flavor of content to us, the players.
I know that the OP came on rather strong with his arguments, but it is my hope that the devs will see clearly that we are all simply devoted players who want to be heard and have our requests given proper consideration in the many issues to come.

You should be able to do the same Swansu. As for skipping blaze, I know it is a good power, I just didn't bother trying to keep it in the build, instead focusing on what Swansu requested. Everyone has their own way of playing and it should not be hard to swap something else out for it.

I was recently asked for a build for a fire/rad corruptor that gives soft capped smashing and lethal defense while also making AM perma. The build below is my response. It has 183.8% global recharge, using no purple sets at all. Hasten is only a few seconds from perma and AM is indeed perma. It also soft caps smashing and lethal defense, with near 20% ranged defense as well on the side. For endurance I threw in the numina and miracle procs in health and did 4x performance shifters in stamina with the chance for endurance proc being the 4th.
The build takes advantage of inherent fitness, using the latest version of mids but with the database modified to include inherent fitness (a download patch exists on the forums to make the changes). It should still have good damage, the only thing in the secondary I did not bother taking is the pbaoe hold toggle, and you nave nearly everything from the primary (skipped blaze and flares). Feel free to leave feedback and/or suggestions. Hopefully some of you find this useful.

As requested here is that Elec/SD build you wanted me to post. This one is of course not cheap but a very nice farm build. It should have no issues killing mobs in 3-4 hits at +3/x6, using Buildup, Lightning Rod, Shield Charge, then Thunder strike and if anything isn't dead chain induction or jacobs ladder. Then just rinse an repeat.
When I19 hits live I plan to additionally take aid other and aid self slotted each with one Golgi (hammi O) and One with the shield, slotted with one shield wall proc. The build soft caps Melee/ranged and very nearly aoe (not that aoe matters as much). It has perma hasten, good endurance, and 30% S/L resist, 33% when built in i19 with the shield wall proc.

Hey there Bohmfalk,
I took a shot at getting you more S/L resist and defense without losing any of that recharge you want. Its more expensive but I did do it. This build bumps your S/L/Melee defense to 30%/30%/31.2% and ups your S/L resist to 31.6%, and also gives a touch more recharge for good measure. To do so I made use of kinetic combats and more panacea's. Figured the price may not bother you since you already have a number of them in the build. Take a look and see what you think ... the only thing you really lost that you *may* want to tweak back in is the achilles heel proc which I ended up removing to make the changes. Not sure how useful that was for you at any rate.

Heres a set IO build version that you can check out. As you mentioned that you cant afford purples and dont want a hugely expensive build I tried to tone it down while making it feasable for farms an teams. I think its pretty good, but it will cost around a billion (maybe a bit more) considering the current market prices. Let me know what you think, feedback an criticism welcomed. It is in no way perfect, but I think at least that it's a good option for you.

From what I have heard they are currently worth something like 3-4 Billion out of market, but I will likely take the best offer presented to me within the next couple days. Hi Everyone,
I took a team of 8 through the MoBSF successfully on justice today. We got to the end, called it in all excited about the badge and we did not get it. We had no deaths and no temp powers set. This has to be a bug. We did do all of the work so we really want the badge. Our completion time was shortly before 8:15pm MST.
Please help to correct this as soon as possible. I think this is a known bug from asking around with other people on the global channels. The names of the team are given below:
