I've got almost the exact same badges, plus a few. And I've got all the contacts completely filled. He gets referred by Diviner Maros as an errand mission, but that doesn't unlock him.



So he's really giving you missions???

Damn....now I'm pissed....

Anything is possible. To be truthful, I don't really know that he's the second badge mission contact for the 25-30 range. My guess is based only on the fact that I've done the other contacts for that range (Operative Kirkland, Diviner Maros, Darla Mavis, Lt. Demitrovich, Shadowy Figure) and they've stopped giving out missions......so Tarixus is my last hope. Also, on vidiotmaps.com if you go to the 'Accomplishment' section and scroll down to the 'Soul Taker' badge the description says something like this: "The wizard Taraxis taught you dark secrets of the infernal realms in this mission."

It's a minor spelling issue, but to me it's clear that we're talking about the same person.

Still, I just hope I actually get a response from Positron today....

I'm thinking you could be right.....and on that chance I've spent the last 8 hours wandering around Sharkhead killing Agony Mages (since they spawn pretty often around that SW island when you're solo). I counted, ended killing about 110 of them. No badge. So either I've been killing the wrong CoT bosses for the past 8 hours, or it takes more than 110 of them to get the badge. Which really blows, because I'm already 2 bubbles into 29 from this crap.

I just want my badge mission dag nammit!!!!

So, if you've been to sharkhead and done the missions for Crash Cage, she sends you to a level 25-30 contact named Diviner Maros. He in turn sends you to a guy named Archmage Tarixus as part of a mission (doesn't unlock him there). Now, I've figured out that Tarixus is one of the new-fangled contacts who only speak to you once you have a certain badge (Veluta Lunata in Port oakes is another of these).

So, I spent several hours getting Soul Binder, thinking that would prove to him that I hated the Circle. Aaaaaand guess what happened. NOTHING. And therein lies the problem.

So, does anybody know how to unlock this guy?? I'd normally just skip such a pain in my posterior, but he gives the second badge mission for the 25-30 range....and I'm a badge [censored].

Help me please!!!!

Is Rooted supposed to be Minerals? Last time I checked, Rooted was a status protection and health regeneration power and didn't offer any other defenses.

Kheldians only receive the link bonuses when they are in human form. Shifting into Nova and Dwarf forms causes all auto powers (the bonuses, stamina, etc) to disappear. When you shift back to human, then the bonuses begin to affect you once more.

Actually Mini, I just assumed that you started out normal height, but after 50 levels of using your rad powers you discovered an unfortunate side effect.

Although being able to shrink oneself would be cool. Travel would suck, but just imagine the dancing speed!!!

What am I most thankful for? Hmmm...oh, that's easy. The little things that probably nobody notices. Like today, i was in the sewers and happened to notice that little swarms of insects gather near the ceiling lights. Do they do anything? Nope. But it's a wicked cool dose of unnecessary realism. :-D
