Liked the new Developer Incognito, very interesting to read. If I were to make a guess...maybe War Witch?

Also enjoyed the Holiday Memories section, was cool to hear about someone else's traditions besides my own.

Alright, I've got a question.

It says the winners get a "special reward title for one character character". Is the title for any character of their choice, or only the character they chose to dress up as? Furthermore, will the winner get to decide their title, or will it be a generic "2007 Halloween Costume Contest Winner" or some such?

Just a little confused by the wording of the rules, as the rewards section doesn't specify, the Entry section 1.) just says to submit a picture of your in-game character (not mentioning if it has to be the same costume you're dressed as), and the Entry section 2.) says to submit a picture of your entered character.

Hope you can clear this up for me Lighthouse.

Wait a minute, I think there's a spelling error in my name in the Scoop. It's True_Marksman, not True_Marksmen. There's only one of me (that) I know of. Oh well, close enough, and still got my name in the Scoop, and got a free bumper sticker! Wooh!

Just completed my first attempt at this - success.

Our team:

2xfire/kin trollers
Grav/FF troller
2x bubble/? defs
Stone/axe tank
Invul/SS tank
Energy? blaster

Note very little debuffing.

Our issues - The temp item for nuking Aeon dropped on the granite tank, so we had problems keeping him hittable enough of the time, which might have been insurmountable without the 2 kins.

Many of the AVs were dropping nothing at all despite me having space for everything except insps. At least before, they always dropped a 53 SO. I only dropped 4 or 5 enhancements in the whole TF.

We only had problems with Mako and recluse really, Mako's MoG was as awkward as it always is, and took ages to get thru and recluse was just tough.

High spot of the TF - being asked by one of the level 50 participants where I got the custom costume piece from, while I was standing there in granite armor.

I was on this team yesterday, and I think it went pretty well.

Only weird thing I noticed was that in the final mission, the Arachnos Flier kept respawning. We started fighting it, then *poof*, it vanished, and we see a brand new on flying out of the tower. Then, as we were fighting Recluse, another spawned, but we just ignored it and it disappeared. But of course, as we were taking a final picture of the team when finished, 'Revenge of the Flier' occured, and wiped part of the team with one hit, since many of use dropped our toggles and such.

*Note* - The blaster was Archery/Devices, not energy. It was me!

Its not that Ms. Liberty is an incarnate (although she is the granddaughter of one and you would think she would inherit some of Statesman's godliness), its that the belt she wears was enhanced by the Well of Furies, thus granting her her Invuln. powers.

On another note, why is it that when you fight Ms. Liberty, she never uses a sword/dagger, because if you look on the left (her left) side of her belt on the Atlas trainer version of her, you see a dagger-like or a small sword-like weapon, maybe a new powerset to come?

On an unrelated topic, I wonder what the guy who married Statesman's daughter (Ms. Liberty's dad) was thinking during the family get-togethers, it must've been pretty awkward for that guy.
