Its definitely not routine maintenance.. they wanted to take down AE to work on THAT.. but ended up taking the West Coast with it >_<
-
So how is it, that you guys take down AE AND several others servers along with it JUST to do maintenance on AE?
What the hell.. -
I've been pounced upon by the Cookie Mistress. @_@ .. I've been blessed!
-
I'll be joining when I can
Ive been planning to for several years now ^_^ -
I wanted to take a look at an empath dark dark guide but I can not seem to find one.
Anyone got a build they can post or know of a guide I can look at? -

I think that was with regard to PSW and psy scream only.
[/ QUOTE ]
Correct. Those two powers are supposed to be using Melee_Damage instead of Ranged_Damage, but that change did not take place. Fixed today, get tossed into a build Soon(tm) and reaches you guys shortly thereafter.
[/ QUOTE ]
So... if we have Ranged already slotted... when this goes live.. are we going to be forced to use melee instead?... -
I do have World of Confusion slotted where it will confuse more enemies for a longer period... and it'll be used solely for those stray enemies that I happen to not kill.
As for Drain Psyche... I'll also be using it on the stray enemies that I do not kill.
My attack chain I plan on using: Aim+Concentration > RoA > Shockwave > Fist Full of Arrows > Psychic Scream.
I'll change that up if I have too... maybe put Drain Psyche in before Shockwave... maybe after. I'll mix it up a bit. -
This has been happening to me while on an AE team.
I can only assume that this is related to TF mode as one of the posters already suggested.
I have NOT had this happen while regularly teaming or soloing. -
I have updated my Mids to issue 14 and have posted the new data. My apologies.
-
They usually do maintenance starting at 9am and lasting anywhere between then and 11am. Sometimes longer...
As for the color of text... red is certainly easier to see... but I suggest sticking with white -
My mistake, I misread his post. The hasten/ss still applies... I suggest taking hurdle and slotting sprint for extra jump. That will give you more Z movement.
-
If you're taking fly and want another travel power as a blaster, I suggest going with Hasten/Super Speed. Not only do you have fast ground movement, but you get extra recharge which can help you do your job as a blaster a little better.
So you got a win win win situation here... you have fly for Z movement, you have SS for XY movement and you get more recharge. Whats not to like?! -
I made an archery/psi blaster a week ago and I've been loving him so far. I went through mids and made a build I think I'd like to implement.
With RoA and Shockwave recharging so fast.. I think this is going to be an amazing build..
What are your thoughts?

We're sitting in a meeting and our Development Director said "We've contracted some Type R programmers".
I had never heard this term before, so I jotted it down on my notepad, so I could inquire about it later.
Just then our Lead Engineer asks "What is Type R?"
Our Dev Director looked stumped. "What do you mean?"
"You said 'Type R Programmers'" said the Lead Engineer.
"No, I said 'High Powered'." said the Dev Director.
"No you didn't. You said 'Type R.' See I wrote it down." I said, and showed him my notepad that said "Type R?".
So now, everything high powered and awesome in the office is "Type R".
I am now on a crusade to get it used outside our offices. I should add it to urban dictionary or something.

I'll spread it like wild fire in my work place too -

Awesome well thought out base BCP. I like the design!
-
My brother and I are the only two running the show in the SG: Peridot League. We both have enough toons to fulfill the 15 member bonus. I used the bonuses to get the base started but it really has been hard work to get everything thus far.
We're not even done upgrading our base yet, but we have it mostly complete and we're pretty happy with it.
Peridot League - Overview
Peridot League - Entrance
Peridot League - Teleport Room 1
Peridot League - Teleport Room 2
Peridot League - Teleport Room 3
Peridot League - Medbay
Peridot League - Control
Peridot League - Energy
Peridot League - Workshop
I will have a 9th room, probably a teleport room. The energy room has not gotten any love because I will be changing it around when I upgrade my control room anyway. -
I know this isn't the exact place to go for this.. but I was told to go here
I'm searching for a legitimate place to get a copyright for my poems that I have written.. I know there is a site, I just dont know what the site is. Can anyone help?
Thanks ahead of time! -

No, wings go in the 'back' slot. Same with Trenches. Capes are separate.
[/ QUOTE ]
Capes, trench coats, backpacks and wings are all in the Back options. You can't have a trench coat and a cape nor can you have wings and a cape. I can't remember where or when, but I'm pretty certain a redname said so -

Strikebreaker badge is bugged. I have the mission waiting in my mission slot for my Supergroup, I know I have not done the mission needed to get the badge, and yet I have it.
In fact I got it while teamed with someone that did have it. I was in the Sea Witch mission.
Then my brother was duoing with me, we were trying to get his Strikebreaker badge mission, and he got it. We were in the mission where we had to find the scrapyard trouble makers.
This is the badge info:
Mission: Bust up the dockworker's strike
Contact: Lorenz Ansaldo (Sharkhead Isle)
Level: 20 - 25
[/ QUOTE ]
Ok, just to be absolutely we are talking about which badge is which (both have VERY close names and might EASILY be confused with one another:
Strikebreaker - Accomplishment - Complete the "Bust up the dockworker's strike" mission by Lorenz Ansaldo.
Strike Buster - achievement - Defeat 200 Scrapyarders to earn this badge. I believe the bar reads "Break the scrapyarders backs for this badge."
It is entirely possible to get the achievement badge in the Sea Witch mission, as she is, if I recall correctly, a Scrapyarder and has scrapyarder spawns in those missions (the later ones).
Now if you are correctly ID'ing the badge, then: when you are on a mission and it awards an incorrect badge, you should /BUG it.
[/ QUOTE ]
I will double check that, thanks for the info. First time through in CoV and people in my VG were wanting the mission badge, not the kill badge.
[edit] Okay, I checked and it was the Strike Buster Badge. My apologies -

So - here it is.
Added to the patch notes:
The Hamidon has been increased in difficulty. It is now capable of using one of its attack powers even when Held, Slept, or Stunned.
Evidently Hammy got a laser beam on it's head a long time ago but just now figured out how to use it.
The Mitos are AVs and are acting according to this patch note:
AVs/Heroes and Giant Monsters now ignore threat level damage multipliers for different Archetypes. They are still affected by Taunt as before.
As for the drops? Bug.
[/ QUOTE ]
Adding it to the patch notes late does not make this change in the least bit fair or right.
It needs to be changed, again, and changed back to being the way it was.
This little "accident" is far from over.
