Very well done. Somebody should sticky this.
-
Male/Female versions of my characters, eh? I'll have to see what I can whip up. All I know right now is that they're going to look very interesting.
-
Unfortunately, no.
As far as I can tell, the only way to get a unique forum avatar, animated or not, is to have it stored elsewhere and link back to it in your forum settings.
Sorry. -
Looking great, Celsia! Keep up the good work!
Heh, looks like I'm next. -
Sounds like a plan.
There are times when I wish I had a better sense of comic book style.
Sorry, not feeling well, and when that happens, I come down really hard on myself. -

Just an FYI, those avatars are featured on gaiaonline.com, the cesspool of the internet.

Can't be worse than some of the other sites I've see, Aaron. I've been to Gaia Online, and I'll admit, there were forums that would make /b/ on 4-chan look tame. It sounds like you had a bad time there, and I won't pry, but if you ever wanna talk, my PM box is always open.
((And to be honest, while the avatars are unique, there was no way to make Draco.)) -
I like it, although to me, it's a little dark. I'm not against it, just saying that it's hard to see some of the differences.
If you like it, that's all that matters. I've gone through several incarnations of Draco's costume as new options have come out. -
Looks good! Keep it up.
And I know what you mean about inking in real life. If you're not careful, you can ruin an entire day's work. -
That is incredible!
I entered, placing fifth/third(?) with a Duke Nukem homage, and was astounded at the other finishers. Gratz, GT. You deserve it. -
I didn't know where to put this, but I've got a complaint about the new 'Rat' ears. Everyone I've talked to with my mouse STILL thinks she's a cat, and rightly so.
Here and here are screencaps of her on Test.
Here are a bunch of rats and mice, both real and animated:
Real 1
Real 2
Real 3
Real 4
Real 5
Animated 1
Animated 2
Animated 3
Animated 4
Animated 5
See the difference? I love the rest of what you're doing, but please, for us mouse and rat lovers, FIX THE EARS! Thank you. -
Ugh, sounds like my high-school art teacher. He's the main reason I don't draw as often as I should.
One of the things he constantly tried to impress on us is 'Don't form an opinion about something until you know more about it'. Very good advice, you'd think, right? Well, one day, I went to him for advice on my comic book art, and instead of helping, he threw it back in my face, calling it 'childish junk'. That ticked me off, but not as bad as what happened next.
Remembering his comment, I asked him how much he knew about comic art, he replied 'Enough to know that it's all garbage'. Now, I may be paraphrasing things a bit, since that was over 15 years ago, but his words and attitude still haunt me.
Sorry if I went off topic. On erasers, I never thought about sharpening one for fine point work. I'll have to remember that. -
I'm really liking #4, Alex. It has a great feel about it, like TA's coming down from on high to kick major villain keister. But don't get me wrong, I think all of them are great.
You're a major inspiration. -
-
Thanks, guys. I needed that laugh. Things have been rough, lately.
-
-
Incredible as always! I think I've made up my mind about who I'm going with when Draco hits 50.
-
Congratulations, winners. I can't wait to see how they look.
-
-
Sorry for the late reply, honestly didn't think I made the list. I sent you a PM for which character I wanted.
Keep up the good work! -

She's got one. In the group shot, she's chasing after Nezumi-Ko.
-
Ah, there it is. Very nice group shot.
Heh heh, looks like Nezumi-ko somehow got the better of Rowr. -
