  1. The problem with proliferation is that in order to avoid the "waah waah" crew, you have to proliferate something to every AT out there. Last round Master Minds would not stop complaining that they didn't get a new primary. They sort of missed the point that proliferation was not making new stuff, but they didn't mind.

    So until they find the time/theme to come up with the missing gaps, it would be wise to not do it.
  2. This being the tanker forum, I'm still keeping the Dark Ice theme, but I'll be gently trying to merge my Dark / Ice tank so their colors took better together.

    I have a Shield/Energy tank that I will try to make the shield match the pom poms in some blue hue to match his alt mode a Eng/eng blaster (who will also be getting blue pom poms).
  3. Now I'm torn. With the latest info, I might be holding back on a few doms till I can change my colors. Having black fire is too tempting to play a fire character right now. My Mind/Eng however, is good to go with red blasts.
  4. Random question from a non-snipe user:
    What % of an even con minion's health should a non BU / non Aim snipe take (assuming slotted at 95% damage)? Same question for lieutenants and bosses. I've always felt using the two buffs for a snipe was a waste as they took so long I couldn't use it for anything else.
  5. I made a Mind/Eng a while ago before /Elec came around. Concept wise the Mind/Elec fit better, but the play style of the Mind/Eng suited me much more, so the /eng got stuck at 40, and the /elec barely made it to 20. So I guess I'll be finally deleting the /elec and un-shelf the /Eng.

  7. I stand corrected. 10% chance then. Still, launch two AoEs and at least 20% of the minions will go "what hit me?"
  8. Yes slotting the procs work. My Ice/Ice has his AA with 2-3 procs and it's funny as heck. Not sure how effective it is, but it entertains me.
  9. The end-mod proc with chance to stun. Put that in your Short circuit, Ball Lightning, Lightning Field and maybe Power Sink (not sure if it works there). 20% chance to stun is lol-worthy when you hit large groups.

  13. As bad as it looks, the tentacle knocking a jet out of the air, and the shark jumping to eat a plane were pretty bad arsh.

  16. I cropped with Paint (got nothing better) Maelstorm Cocking, and Good Desdemona for my phone. Looks good but wondering if you'd have the inclination to give it a go.

    My resolution is like Ventures', 176(long)x220(tall). The info (GUI?) screen takes like 26% (57 pixels) of the top, and 19% (41 pixels) of the bottom. So if you could take a swing at it, keeping the top and bottom sections dark I'd appreciate it.

    Now GET TO WORK! The sooner you're done, the sooner I'll renew showering you with appreciation.

  22. Storywise, the boss/EBs are running wild beating everyone up. The minions are there to stop them, and you, since you also flipped out.

    What I've been doing the last few days is having the Boss in angry position and minions in either the kneeling "I give up" emote, or the KO emote. Hinting that they are afraid of him or smacked around. Of course, once they see me they all attack me, which is fine so far.

    I could make some custom minions and make them sidekicks of the bosses, going to see how that works next.

    Wondering if there was a way around to make it how I saw it in my head, but improvisation is never a bad thing.

  24. The story of an Arc I'm working on works best if I place bosses without any minions with them. The bosses are all custom jobs in the EB (downgradable to Boss) type.

    Is there any to just place the boss solo?
