Like I said here, I don't think that this is some secret conspiracy theory mechanic, added to suppress the evil desires of people who wanted to "exploit" (read as 'Using the power as advertised') getting 3 mediocre inspirational boosts every 30 minutes. I think they broke the power and it's bugged.

If it does turn out to be a stealth nerf, then I want my token back. I didn't spend $15 on 1200 PPs to unlock a, now craptacularly useless, power.

My gametime comes in short bursts lately. 30 minutes here, 15 minutes there. With the recharge not counting while I'm logged out like it's supposed to, I haven't been able to even use the damn power in many of my gaming sessions.

Rigel Kent was the one who thinks it's some weird new recharge mechanic.

Personally, I don't think they've created some new whack job of a mechanic to nerf a power that gives you the possibility of 3 medium to 3 large inspirations every 30 minutes, when the game itself drops them like Cheeto Dust on a gamer's keyboard. I think they broke it.

If it is a Stealth Nerf on a power that essentially costs $15 US Dollars*, then I think I want my token back so I can put it to use on something else.


* 1 token for 1200 PPs purchased @ $5/400PPs = $15.00

You can argue sub costs and benefits to make it sound free, but for those who bought the points to get the token, to unlock this power, you're just wasting your time trying to warp the "value/cost"

/chan_user_mode channel global options

So... say you wanted to demote a friend with the global name of @UltraBob from the global channel Bobs of CoH, I think you would type the following into your chat box.

/chan_user_mode "Bobs of CoH" UltraBob -operator

See if that does what you're looking to do.

Edit: Put quotes around the channel name because it contains spaces.
