Yep, that's the one. I can't post in that thread though. But I agree with Rigel Kent. Not sure why this change was implemented or how people were abusing it. Just like the change to the inherent buff pets to a toggle, it seems unnecessary. But keep punishing the majority of your players for the acts of a few.|

I can't complain too much though since I'm playing for free so will just let my character time-out after using Inner Inspiration as RK suggested.
It used to be that the Inner Inspiration power recharged in 30 minutes of logged off or logged on time.
In other words, if I used it, then logged off and logged back in 30 minutes later, it would be recharged. If I used it and continued playing, it would recharge in 30 minutes.
Today when I logged in on a few toons that used the power yesterday, the power had not yet recharged.
What's the WAI supposed to be?
