  1. A little understanding goes a long way. This is not, 'we want to give out these codes, and cannot find a better way'. This is 'we want more traffic, and we have these codes'. So they get people to subscribe to a twitter feed, or like a facebook page, or refresh the forums... all of which increases their stature.

This was not about giving you a code. So don't complain that it's a poor way to gift. It was about bringing all the players to the yard. So appreciate that it's a great way to do that. Work with it, or don't.

    +1 to codes pack
+1 to random game logon 'door prize'

And how smart would it be to do both?
  2. A tad off the original topic, but answering the thugs issue, the original bio for my toon, Ghost of A. Chance, Thugs/Poison MM:

    "Chance is dead?"

"Yes, Sir. Made to appear an Arachnos termination."

"Excellent. Without their leader, those uncultured simpletons will present no further hindrance to my plans."

    -----

    "You hear? Chance is back."

"Dude... no way Ace is back. That Arachnos guy blew a hole right through him."

"No, I'm telling you, Acero Chance is back. I seen him."

    "You trippin'."

    -----

"Tell me, how is it you have not secured the territory I described?"

"It's the thugs, they're tougher than we thought. Even without Chance. They shoot straight, they take hit after hit, we take one out, and two more show up. And it's like they know what we're up to, and they get there before us, even."

    "Hm. That IS odd...."

    -----

"Alright, some of us have seen Chance. Some of us haven't. Some of you ain't, and you say you have. I don't care. You roll with us, you're brothers. It's how Chance rolled."

"We taking it to Arachnos? That's a big piece..."

"It was gonna be one bullet at a time, anyway, right?"
  3. I've had stalkers, and I'll tell you that if you like your stalker method, you'll also enjoy a stealthy scrapper. Others above have already spoken to what works with what when it comes to stealth, I'll just reassure you that stealth is totally doable, usable, and rewarding. Even more so, sometimes, since the scrapper seems to be able to be more casual about the return to a stealthed state, being a bit more durable.

One caution: If you have any toggles that affect the enemy IN ANY WAY, you will be seen by them, and then, by all. Be aware of that, maybe testing on some greens before relying on function against reds.
