My main problem with it is that its infinitely better when taken as a Controller secondary.

There are some nifty tricks you can do with Trick Arrow shots, like using Kinetics powers off the Oil Slick. But yeah, its a debuff set thats not as good as other debuff sets. Still it looks nice, and if your not bothered about being uber its at least worth a testdrive.

I don't think so, its my understanding that its the secondary status effects that drop your toggles when (And if) they come into effect. Ive certainly never been toggle dropped by a Martial Arts Scrapper without an accompyaning Mez.

I could be wrong, so I'd like to hear from some MA PvP enthusiasts.

You get exemped down to a set level, either one dictated by the zone or creator of the Arena match. This exemping works exactly the same as it does in PvE. But remember: you don't lose slots, or whats in the slots. So a level 50 exemping into Bloody Bay will have a definite advantage over those who are actually within the level range.

No Scrapper powers that I know of have inherent toggle dropping abilities. The status effects that are tacked on don't count before anyone starts

I think its a horrible Primary for a Defender, but then I think Storm is too. Give it a shot, see what you think.

Im not sure you need three end reducers in those toggles. I'd gor for 3/2 slotting myself, and invest the extra slots in attacks.

Apparently enough to deal with two brutes, a corruptor and a mastermind. Thats a hell of a lot of damage output you were soaking up. I know what an Stone/ Brute can dish out, and two of tem would simply overwhelm your resists. Add a Corruptor to the equation, not to mention the one man army core...

Like I said, you were facing four bad players if you walked out of that alive.

Do not six slot your powers with a single enhancement type. Three tops. The extra slots your putting in are practically worthless: your getting a very small return on your investment. Put those slots elsewhere.

You may want to pick up Tough from the fighting pool to increase your S/L resists as much as possible. I'm not 100% sure if its needed, I abandonded my Tank with ED.

Oh, Recharge reductions are pointless in Assault.. Put Endurance reduction enhancements in there.
