The Supernation challenges the Vindicate to a PvP fight in test server sometime

We would really like to do some Base raids, been a while!

Well to 6-slot attacks is okay, but 1 Acc is enough for PvE, specially with a primary that even gives -def with each hit.

so for an Attack I'd say 1 Acc(Enough for PvE)3 Damages(Max out damage)2 endredux or 1 endredux and rechredux

And for defense toggles, 2 End redux and 3 defense.

also, I think the travel powers are picked way too late in the build and you dont have any epic powers from the EPP at all

But some people like to delay their travel power to the later levels for some reason instead of getting it asap, so that's just my opinion really.

I've just commented on the most noticable "Strange things", I might add more critique later

Oh and super speed is overslotted, you dont notice the difference after 2 speed enhs, really, and hasten should only be slotted with 3 rech enhs, the fourth one barely does anything so it's a waste, try to read up on ED(enhancement diversification).

It is fixed in TEST server, it's not on at the live servers so far, just to clarify on that matter

I'd go for Katana, less animation time(faster DPS) and it has Divine Avalanche, the nice parry power

Definately it should be delayed with that bug, it really makes Blasters killers(specially those who have all their attacks with two damage types )

Yeah we need something arranged, sorry for not showing up but I forgot about this thread for a while and put time on playing the game instead of reading the forums

Anyways, with the blaster bug around, shouldn't we wait til it gets fixed til we have our Defiant vs Union(Vindicate?) fight?

What's the size of the fight taking place that you had in mind then ?

Regarding your power choice questions, yes go total focus instead of blazing bolt, you'll use TF a lot more often than BB, really.

And you shouldn't worry about lack of conserve, the health is something to worry about, instead of cabs, bring greens :P

That's true, but time always give people time to improve, or what about that time you beat me in a arena fight and then the next fight we had, you scored no kills and I did about..was it 9 kills :P? But it was a clear difference anyway, and lately it kinda got boring when my teams started dominating in zones like warburg to the point that I even had to hide in the boat for people to take a while to take my team down(it really is unfair to have a prepared team ).

I'm not really angry because of your claim, since it's sort of a challenge which I do like(rarely seems to happen )

Anyway no hard feelings or so really, and enjoy the xp curve wooooooooooooot!

Dividing people by level of skill/power? most interestings I must says as I'd like to steal the highest tier while it's still possible so people can strive to one day take my PvP team down down, as I agree that beating people around with close to no experience or a build with no real good advantages gives close to no satisfaction at all.

It is a good idea to divide people by how much experience/win/loss they got against each other, this way people wont get too discouraged to fight against people who probably will win over and over again(being the same one they keep fighting).

While it might seem arrogant that I might place my self up at the very top at the moment, it's probably because I'm one of the very few "PvP competetive" people that's left in Defiant, so that's why I'll just show a "Yeah i'm here, just waiting til you get into my division" message :P

But of course, if you need some sort of proving to be done before I can put my self that high, I don't mind showing some sort of demostration of this performance called PvP

So yeah, start making a "PvP people tier list of Defiant" and start putting people against each other who are in about the same skill/level of PvP ranking from lowest to the top, of course, you dont have to make that list public because some would probably not like knowing they're at the very bottom, which would probably discourage them as well.

So what I wanted to say was, nice idea, maybe slowly it will progress into something more competetive when people realize it's okay to PvP other people around who do understand how to take a win/loss well

Well, I guess we could say Defiant was way too over prepared about the whole "Union is the zoomjpwnzor PvP servor" rumour, maybe we overdid it on our part a little. But it was fun anyway to fight against different faces for a change, lets hope we can do this again sometime.

Right, seeing as most of the people in Defiant by now should've been bothered by @The Gizmo or Kung-Fu Steve to participate in this event, I decided why not just post a topic in here as well, some people just "skip" the PvP topics these days because they think it's just about whining anyway.

But to the point, I'm here to "Advertise" the Defiant vs Union event once more, It's going to happen tomorrow(7th Thursday) 6/7pm(at 6 we're gathering in test server, by 7 some fights should start), plenty of people have shown interest already, both people that don't really have much experience with PvP or have plenty of it.

seeing as the event that was supposed to take place the 3rd Sunday was a failure(it was badly advertised to everyone, nobody showed up for Defiant) I decided to take up this idea(sorry if you feel bad for this Razgool, but I really feel like doing PvP lol) and getting on with it.

So far I've gotten plenty of people from Defiant to do it, but more wouldn't really hurt, would it ?

If you actually have a char that is so entangled in a SG in the test server.. I dont know what you're doing in Union :P

But if you really like your "Test SG"(might have a base you've been working on a lot) you can always just make another copy of your character and use that one for the "Union" SG representing

RV? hmm, this didnt come to my attention, I was actually thinking more of a SG rumble where a Defiant Representant makes a "Defiant" SG and invites all Defiant players in it, then a Union player makes a "Union" SG and invites all the Union people into that one, then we go to the arena and do a huge SG Rumble ?

Of course, we could always just go to warburg..!

Seeing as the event actually became a huge dissappointment, I feel like this is partially my fault too since I also promised to come, but sort of forgot, but I will have to really prove that the PvP scene isnt entirely dead over here!

Right, I'll put a lot of effort to get this event started and also advertised over at the Defiant side, all I need now is onionites to appear in test too in these times.

Why I chose Thursday is because I feel like doing some PvP action pretty soon, and friday-sunday are the double xp days, so Thursday is Ideal!

I can guarantee you that on my own I already have about 3 people that I can guarantee will show up, Now I just need to do my thing and let Union get theirs people up :P

and about it saying "6/7pm" it means that it will probably start at 7 Pm, but I'll be gathering in the test server at 6 PM to start practising and let people set up their test server clients and so on.

But to tell you the truth, I took no ones tip as help for the MoSTFs, this is why I did it over and over so many times, because I knew the moment I would get the badge, would've been on my very own way, I'm stubborn like that.

Sorry if it makes me look like a mean bean to exclude you, but that's actually how it went. I took on the MoSTF with my own way with the various experience I got with all the tries that I had done, which made me really happy to finally get it since it really feels more of a accomplishment compared to my other badges.

Now it feels like I actually have "Mastered" the Statesmans Task Force

What is this... I'll take you both on if nobody really dares to do it!
