...stains together? Ack, maybe not.
Anyway, here's a new piece done for me by the totally cool Yuikino:
The Rockwell family in the dojo
I was fortunate to find an artist who is also a black belt (and also just a neat person) for this one. Looks like they're (mostly) having fun! -
Very cool! You have some mighty fine talent down there in NZ!
-
To be honest, this is one of my favorite pieces by Gammaknight, I think it's just gorgeous. She looks fantastic. I adore the pose, the rose, and her expression. Congratulations!

Sometimes you really do have to just sit down and bang it out. I've been trapped in writer's block for months, have several stories careening around in my head, but I'm just paralyzed that they won't be as good on the page as they are in my mind. But I know I'm going to have to start typing *some*thing and see what happens. Bleah. When it's rollin' all is beautiful and good with the world, when it isn't it's like shoving through sludge. Oy.
Donuts? Shipley hot melty lemon-filled *or* chocolate filled all the way, baby. I am sorry to say the one time I visited Canada I never made it to Tim Hortons (though I wanted to). -
That is too cute. I especially like the expressions of Manti and Sister Psyche as they hold hands. Adorable!

That is looking sharp...easy to read and find your information, too. Kids today, so smart about these newfangled computer thingies. *grumbles and wanders away to yell at kids on her lawn*
-
Looking great, you have been getting some splendid works and I look forward to seeing more! I have especially enjoyed the Bokuman pieces.

She's certainly one class act on these forums, so I am not surprised to hear that.
Congrats on a really neat piece! I love the action and dynamism, she's leaping right off the page (screen?) -
That's a really cool piece. I really dig the colors, the pose, just cool all the way around.
Thumbs up to Rocketboy! He's swell. -
It is a similar idea, I agree, and it may be that I am so dense I misunderstood and they are actually the same thing. I can't take any credit for it, it's part of the tale of her SG, Gods of the Golden Age. The Masters is our redside VG.
Alternate universes do tend to make things interesting! It is fun playing a bitter and resentful PinUp Girl sometimes. -
Thanks for the kind words--Gammaknight definitely does great work.
Teardown is from an alternate Earth, not Praetorian Earth, but something similar. In that universe the Gods of the Golden Age became the authoritarian Masters of the Golden Age. -
Gotta put in another vote for Cloak and Dagger.

Recently the very talented and nice Gammaknight had a special promotion, and did these two pieces for me.
PinUp Girl vs Teardown
PinUp in her first action fight piece, up against her villainous alter ego from a parallel universe. I'm stoked to finally see her in action!
Ms. Afterburner
I really love how this one just glows.
And here's the promotional piece he did for my buddy Proud Citizen as a result.
Commander Australis
Proud Citizen just never stirs himself to get over here and post, but he's as big an art nut as I am and would fit in perfectly. So go peek at his gallery too if you get a chance. Some nice arts guest starring PinUp Girl there too -
I may or may not have gone to see it, and may or may not have liked it, as I am possibly but then again probably not going to be getting a few more mature pieces done in the future, and need to find artists I like. Maybe. I plead the Fifth.
But yes, in a hypothetical world I did go and look at it and liked it indeed. Very nice! -
I love that! Such attitude she has!
-
I know I say this all the time, but the expressions on these guys are priceless.
-
Oh. I like your style! I love the sharp, clean, delicate lines.
-
Looking great there! Now I want to play my Steampunkian girls again...
BTW, there is a Victorian-era themed SG on Protector, the SPI. And yes, it is fun to have a bunch of them running around -
I do love seeing all the awesome characters! Now I want City of Steam...
-
Wow, that is some amazing amount of detail! Beautiful piece.
