  1. Maybe cheaper to just purchase some additional toon slots if you just wanna add some, instead of a new monthly account or new computer. Cheaper still, start tryin some new servers to play on till you run outa slots on those.
  2. Anyone use this? How is it displayed or change the mouse over on the name, if at all?
  3. Someone was nice enough to give me a lil tour of this base, and I was very impressed. Whoever did the work did an excellent job! If you can ever get a tour, go for it. I think you'll be impressed.
  4. Great look, nice job with the sg glass and those desks. Might have to borrow that idea... heh. The fireplace looks great with that mantle and decoration. Nice Job!

    One note, the GM had told me to not use the load costume feature, as it was bugged, if that relates to your incident. GL
  7. Couldn't find the original post, 'cept on google. The brief of it,

    ((Not in SG/VG, color change problem.
    Trying to change the "armor pads" pants to a darker shade, made sure to be out of SG/VG mode, on my crab spider toon, 2nd costume slot.

    Petitioned and GM emailed that most likely because I was in SG/VG mode. Of course I wrote back and told 'em the original petition I wrote stated I wasn't in either mode when the changes were tried. Still got charged for every attemp to change the color however, and no change to the color was made.))


    Btw, this costume was "loaded" from a saved costume.

    I've found that if you enter the costume editor mode, and use the drop down menu for the "backpack" and actually place the larger backpack, from the available option, then changes will take place as normal. I had kept the original smaller backpack, (thought it looked better), that got placed on the toon automatically.

    After assigning the optional, larger, backpack, all worked correctly. YMMV but this seemed to work for this instance. Thanks

  9. Thanks Tekka! I added a couple things to make the cell more techie. Was able to get a 90 degree angle on a vent I was adding using a large junction box, heh. So guess it can be done. Pics

  10. Very nice guide to this method! Might want to add how you can use the "current room" tab to bring up a particuliar item that maybe obscured or out of place. This helps to easily find it in a large/multi item build project allowing you to sell/delete, or help get the mouse pointer onto it.

    Using this, I've also noticed I've "lost" some items while building, and found 'em in corners of my base... heh.

    Thanks Semiazas, the stairs were done with the large fluorescent lights. I got the idea from another poster on the board here. BTW, that "reclaimer" looks excellent too!
