Can't color or remove Wolf Spider cape

Did you already try /petition for GM help?
I had similiar issues with a "crab" costume here.

may or maynot be related, thought i'd pass along what I found.
One note, the GM had told me to not use the load costume feature, as it was bugged, if that relates to your incident. GL
When fiddling with my level 22 Soldier's Wolf Spider costume, I found that I could not change the basic color (red Arachnos emblem on black background).
After I accidentally confirmed the costume instead of canceling it, I then found I couldn't REMOVE the cape - switching the cape option from 'wolf' to 'none' would remove the cape in the costume editor, but I would still have the cape after I confirmed.
The change also cost zero infamy, which also confused me.
On a similar note, the game will not allow me to switch from the Wolf Spider uniform to the Bane/Executioner model while in the editor.
