There's a significant number of us with altitus, altitosis, or just plain altoholics.

I have 33 characters, ranged 2 to 50, and the average security level is 13. One of the things I like about being an altoholic is that if something (a friend needing help, new content) calls for a specific level, I have one or more characters to choose from that will fit the bill.

Flight allows you to "loiter" and scan a zone for specific groups without aggroing half the map. Try finding a nice group of freakshow in Terra Volta with SJ. It can be done, but it's a lot more work.

I would have thought it would be a good savings of slots to put flight speed enhancement in swift instead of hover and flight, but this table makes it clear that won't work. Thanks for the clarification.

A nice guide, but I have to agree with the other alt-o-holics here. You don't necessarily have to delete all your other toons. I had a handfull of toons, all different types. One of the types stood out as a clear favorite. I just enjoyed playing that character more than the others. Got that one to 50 while the others stayed in the teens. I now have 25 toons, but a few clear favorites.

It's definitely a journey. Enjoy the scenery and don't forget to stop and eat the roses.

I just got started on Champion. I've been playing on Pinnacle exclusively, despite the east-coast distance. Just as I ding 49, I start getting mapserver connection problems. As I wait for a chance to try again, I roll a new toon here.
