hehe i suggest not the beach for RP..there are lots of open spaces in Warburg where u can RP easy...also if u point out that there will be good reputation for those patrolling i am sure people will be interested..is like a 2 way gain...u get your peace and they get some good rep and maybe bounty too.

i am sure union has lots of people that will be willing to help u with that and is worth trying it... RP community has some great people in it from the ones i have met and know from the forums at least like FF,Wingy and Wordy and so many more but these names pop in my head..i am sure people on Union will be willing to help u pull this off and set some kind of patrol that will give them a bonus since they will be getting the reputation for killing people trying to

i for one support this and i am willing to patrol the area on defiant so any RP people wont have problems and even escort them to the spot...designate a spot somehwere at the sides of Warburg or away from the beach and i am sure people will agree with that...

listen Fyr no matter what go on in arena or any PvP zone i would still go out of my way and help u respec anytime...all the trashtalk and fights inside an arena or PvP zone stays there when i exit the zone for me at least.I am a big PvP fun and i enjoy what i do to do it good but still when i leave the PvP zone i am still same TG u knew.Just because there is a PvP zone introduced dont mean people changed in a night...We just enjoy getting in touch with our dark side when we PvP...thats for me at least.

Like i said the only reason u might have been multi targetted is purely because u pack lots of damage which means i can easily go down from a combo u might throw..is only natural

Honestly Fyreball i not know what problem u have with me cause i really like u from all the times we talked and i like the people in your SG and got some good friends there.U are really mistaking the fact that we try indulge some competition and rivalry in that zone in order for people to get interested.Like i said i never claimed to be best or anything and i sure have been taken down and everytime i admit...i have taken some nice humiliating defeats from Imaginary and Plight and it was good matches all times. Dunno what u make issue out of just because we create a bit of war atmoshpere in the zone..outside the zone i am still always like i said going out of my way to help people even if i have met them in matches and killed them or got killed...anyway i will step out of it since i agree to disagree with u and i certainly got no hard feelings or anything for ya..not my style and very few people i dislike in this game and u sure arent one of them.

i agree but the ranting post was made by someone who was constnantly attacking us with a team or at least while a team was engaged in a battle with us.At moments like this i am sure u agree that i cant possibly pause and send a tell sayin "excuse are u in a team so i can now to kill u or not". Also the ranting post obviously has it for getting killed too much despite his efforts to kill us since

1)he mentions things that not happen (like kill me while unguarded whoch not happens)

2)mentions we were more than 1 team (which is common to all we were not since is easy to tell we are one team and especially with 2 team we cant work together cause of my hurricane

I not mind a good rant but when it contains things like this that are illogical,like moaning for 8vs1 when u are getting killed while in a team, is just ridicilous. If u got a problem we operate as a team tough!this wont change.Unless u make a good team and break us.TIll then just do your best or avoid PvP and stay in 1vs1 in arena.

EDIT:i not mind people who get killed cause we are 8 complain cause they got a point..although we can never know they are alone no system warning for that. I mind people who are in team fight all night nd die and then make posts like the ranting which talks about 8vs1 when this is not the case and hiding behind that arguement the fact that they try fight in Warburg a fully configured PvP team in a i5 build.How u think u can even begin to have a chance against fully proper slotted ED PvP builds with an i5 build i not know but yet the rant goes on. Well try fixing this first and then maybe u ll have a chance to start with.

hmmm thanks for adding that yeah i forgot to say i slot end reds in toggles as well now.Is true though for empathy builds that orientate in fighting as well as partial healing there needs to be stamina in build or osme balance with their heals..like i said my empath is fully orientated in healing and buffing and never at fighting except the emergency atomic blast that gives my team a quick getaway...

there 2 flaws in design one is that the villains that die and go hospital dont cone blue and u can easily tp them out and kill.Second is at the rear right and left corners of the base u can easily move and get to safe spots where no fire get u.

apparently u are mistaking ego with some friendly pvp trashtalk.Most of the people we have had pvp clashes we had some pvp trashtalk which is usual either when i lost or won...Plight and Imaginary know this well as well as most the people i had arena matches with...so dont mistake ego with the tactic of stirring up things to get pvp rolling a bit more...I never said i am the best but i try do best what i get involved in and that i am proud off indeed.I have had really nice fights which i lost such as with MArius or Imaginary or plight and some close calls with Sechs....still i can claim i did my best and went down fighting and not running to any safe zones.

When i am outside a PvP zone i go out of my way to help anyone in need and have good fun and chats with people i might have killed in a PvP zone....still once i enter Warburg its a fight fight fight situation cause thats what it was designed for and not sightseeing and conversation while having milk and cookies.

well i am a full PvP build now with some new tricks up my sleeve but u can try again sometime if u feel like

u know of course that no scrapper can come near me unless mogged and if u mog there are nasty surprises waiting from the surprise basket and still i can go afk while you try hit and all u get is miss miss miss . I guess plenty of time to thunderclap and hold while one of my 3 clouds usually up detoggles poor scrappers

i can see what u mean however there are some differences..we not the biggest SG in game etc but we pack a nice amount of very experienced players...the way i see it many times i might enter the zone and provoke people a bit so they team up and try take us out...thats why we usually hang out at the beach and not go further in cause we try make players see us maybe as a chalklenge and make a team and battle it out..still the loners have every chance to go around us and move deeper in Warburg. Still i see your point and is fully accepted however as time go by and villains get in Warburg range u ll see a change of things where heroes will try pack it together and try gain control of the area is all matter of time b4 higher level villains appear

no end red in powers but prolly our playstyle vary as i never solo with defender..i originally created empath because is a full teaming set so i have never soloed with TG hence my build has almost no attacks and is heavily emphasized on team support...so i went for the 3/3 in healing powers and heavy boosts in buffs plus some power pools that assist team even more like leadership and teleport.

hmmm u know i ll point out something...there are some SG's out there that have full PvP orientation so they are able to pull these big teams in Warburg..for instance Insanity Inc. is an SG that has clearly set PvP as a target as well so the members know this and of course people that apply also know this and want PvP...so we are able to pull full 8 people teams not to gank smaller teams but just because we not want anyone left out...fact is we accept challenge np and is well known that so far we have wiped out more than 1 team at same time during Warburg beach battles..is only natural when we enter warburg to be hard for other players since we move and kill (but not camp launch sites etc) and if someone will want to come against us will sure need a lot of reinforcement..the only other SG i know off so far that has officially declared PvP interest and involvement are the Paragon Defenders.

trying to do a mission and getting killed is not ganking, going to the lauch glowie rdy to launch and getting killed by a team waiting there to grab the code is.

Please note, this ISN'T name calling, I'm referring to behaviour and not people.
It took about 5 minutes to have that theory confirmed and that's including sitting on the boat for 3 of those minutes whilst I made tea.

Now, everyone's right, the big red letter tell everyone what to expect and you're right if they don't like it, they should stay out.
My point is, and always has been - what if they do precisely that? And in large numbers. Its been suggested that's unfounded but I don't think so.
Consider the game, CoH. It was a PvE game, people bought it for that reason. Consider that in the time I've been on the arena has been almost always dead and consider finally I was in Warburg last night and it was actually empty apart from 1 bloke who after agreeing to a fight ran to the safe zone after his elude ran out.
(I realise CoH is quieter than usual at the moment because of CoV)
You put all that together and I see a real lack of impetus for free-for-all PvP Especially if you can't even spectate (which can be entertaining) without half a dozen people jumping on your head.

I may be being a complete drama queen, I admit that, and I really am not trying to tell people how they should play. You all pay your monthy subscription same as me. I just help looking at Warburg a little sadly.
CoH is known for being a friendly and helpful environment where people actually go out of their way to help their fellow heroes... except in Warburg where everyone's a complete b*****d.

and to all this i agree and u are right...only one point...CoH is still a friendly game PvE with some PvP addons...i will still go out of my way to help a hero if there is need but the same hero i will kill in Warburg while i am there having PvP fun....i not think it will be deserted cause there is more and more people getting interested in trying to make a team and have fun in Warburg..look at the weekend that went by...massive battles all over the place...right now many heroes focus on their villain side but as soon as possible u will see lots of action in those zones especially Warburg and abovel level 40 zone.still CoH is the game we have loved with the chance to hate each other as long as we are in Warburg having fun
