LOL. Your problem is that you lack in skill really and nothing else.Thats a conclusion after a)dueling you in arena with a non duel blaster and in a map that favours stormies b)team arena against you and your SG.
I wont go about zonal pvp because if you expect to get unassisted kills with a grav troller in zonal PvP you must be really out of your mind. -

Of course it is only my opinion dont get me wrong.My opinion stems from the fact that i am keenly interested in PvP as well as from my experience with other MMO's and imho CoX devs could have done a lot better in this area with the type of game they got.Also excuse the angry tone but i love CoX PvP and hate to see it ruined.The devs still insist on not having an appointed Developer for PvP matters that the PvP community can address to like all other MMO's out there.

Well here lies a big issue. These games have some really well balanced game mechanics. In high end pvp fights in GW like you said no matter how much you buff you can get stripped off buffs,get silenced,get crippled etc etc
as well as there are shield types that grant you back hp for every hit when you reach an hp % (aegis shield i think is monk skill).
CoX lacks some crucial PvP mechanics that would balance it.A change in unresisted damage nullifies blasters out of PvP in teams.Taking an example of our SG pvp team with sonic buffer,thermal buffs blasters would be a joke.Suddenly all the spiking that goes on in PvP matches will be coming from energy tanks,fire controllers and ofc psi,sonic defenders will be MUST.

It's totally different to what i seen in most MMO's today.sorry cant say much more but the PvP system is 10x better than anything out there atm and on top of that is totally complete from all aspects. -

sorry for the double post just noticed this.This is seriously wrong imho.IO's are the equivelant of gear in any other MMO and the reward of players in high end game.There is not a single PvP mmo game out there that has gear and doesnt have such kind of categorisation.It reflects the work you put in your characters.
Casual players can make money easy as well.If you want full IOed builds though stop playing casual and put some effort into it thats what these things are there for. -

sorry but i disagree.PvP is something the devs should capitalize a lot into since it represents a large market segment on its own.With IP acquisition one would think that NCSoft that knows this (GW,Exteel,Aion,L2,L1) would set course for some of that yummeh PvP market share that CoX could get due to its uniqueness as a game.
Now if you tell me that this game is better in PvE i wouldnt think so and the only thing that it wins atm is in being the best Superhero genre MMO. And guess what.Its alone in that category.
Also there is not a single PvE nerf that stems from PvP. Its actually vice versa.Starting with the recent crapfiance.
If anything PvP has brought some of the best changes to PvE in terms of game mechanics. -

This is due to lazy game design. The lack of some critical game mechanics such as interruptability and buff striping that are major equalisers in balance are not present in this game screws a lot with the mechanics imho and off balances PvP. -
If this change go through devs will just prove that they are as dumb as a bunch of carrots when it comes to AT balancing.
first they initiate a change which is totally [censored] and the wrong way to go for the AT and after that they top it with a nerf that will make the AT in player versus player combat as useful as a screwdriver when you wanna put a nail in the wall,because they realise that change is [censored].

jeeeeeeeeeeeeez.If you cant kill a scrapper with a fire/rad or a grav/storm or a blaster you have an issue with your pvp playstyle and nothing else imho.
I faced a fire/rad on a scrapper and on a tank and the amount of holds placed on me was ridicilous didnt have time for anything. -

I wont go analysing since Extremus pretty much summed it up but what i ll tell you is you need to try play some other AT's too in PvP and gain some experience before starting this kind of conclusions.
If you think rad,kin,sonic,empaths etc etc are underpowered in PvP because they cant kill as fast as a blaster you need to learn to play seriously. Controller purpose aint even that in PvP is about control and not killing in god given speeds.And still they manage to do that.
I hear one more breakfee's arguement and inspirations moan and...oh well nvm i know i will anyway... -

Actually is not that equal.When someone pays to powerlevel first of all allows thrid parties to exploit CoX intellectual property and make money out of it.Second of all the player paying hands over the account to someonone else temporarily thus having not the slightest clue what goes on from 1-50 regarding powers etc etc.
At least when i (i put myself in this position since i pl as well after doing the normal way quite a few times) powerlevel some new PvP toon i get the feel of it at every chance i get even when farming. -

I am sorry but i fail to believe you.I wouldnt post really but i have seen every alt of yours including your peacebringer being since level 1 in PI with Majkah and Blaster Cat which both are toons of well known pay to powerlevel company.And this is the reason why i fail to believe this.
Also imho you need to get out of sirens regarding PvP and try some real PvP if you want to improve your skill and learn how to PvP properly to your toons strengths.
Warburg and Arena.
Otherwise you will always have issues no matter what you play since a lot set combos dont flourish until late and you will always be in disadvantage compared to level 50's pvping in zones no matter what enhancements you got. -

As the title says. I (We) need someone with good photoshop skills to assist if possible with a sketch/drawing that needs rendering.
It is a bit complicated but the basis/design is already in place and all necessary is some work with painting.

A kin/rad defender can be a great team pvp toon.However on a 1vs1 situation and solo zonal try not to get furstrated.
The Rad blast guide from OVWX is a great place to start regarding powers.
What you really need is a kinetics guide for PvP and especially one for offending i guess rather than just team PvP.
I ll try make a couple of builds one orientated more for solo and offending and another for buffing to get an idea later today.

Sorry but no it doesnt work that way. First priority is what you want to do with your build
Solo PvP,Team PvP,Arena or zonal. From there on once you figure this out you need to balance out strengthening your build to areas that will provide you with enough to do what you aim for.
If we follow this kind of advice Scarlet might as well get Repel and gimp the build right from start.
