Well I cant recall all the AV's I have soloed. I soloed all of the Maria Jenkins arc, Lord Nemesis (with the help of Lore pets though and a war-burg so that is cheating I guess) all of the Viridan arc red side. Hro'toz The lord of war or what ever his name is (took several trys) Ghost widow in the Who will die arc (also took several trys) umm Ms.Liberty, Mynx. I have kind of lost count but on the harder ones I did have to use things like Lore pets, envenomed daggers and I am a bit ashamed to admit, I used a shivan on Ms.Liberty.
I couldn't tell you which ones I did solo and which ones I used pets on, I don't really keep track, aside from Tub Ci I did him solo but he is kind of a wussy AV.
I also soloed Adamastor (the new one) and a pylon but again with the help of Lore pets. Before people start getting elitist on me and saying that is cheating, is it cheating for a MM to use his pets? I use the powers given to me and utilize what the game offers for help when needed.

Hey fellow Blasters, Taceus Jiwde here.
So I am about to undergo a re-spec for my Energy/Devices blaster. I am doing some tweaks my self but as is I can currently Solo AV's (without lore pets) and I soloed Adamastor and Pylons with the help of the lore pets (Yes I know lore pets don't count as soloing.) Anyways though I want to max/min a few areas so take a look at my build and see what you can do for all those master builders. My defense's are higher than they show in mids, I have a few +1 ench's as well as Blessing of Tiekulu from DA arcs. Basically what I am looking for isn't really a complete overhaul. I want to increase my damage, endurance, and defenses as much as I can, while sacrificing as little as possible of what I already have set up. Below is my current build AS IS and just from putting in mid's I saw several things I need to change but please keep it to constructive criticism and stray away from destructive (IE. "Why did you take this power its stupid!")
I have a 5-6 billion budget so go nuts and show me what you guys think would make this character better, not different please. I do plan on getting Assualt as well as placing Ragnorak in posi's blast. Go crazy, have fun and thank you in advance I appreciate the help anyone has to offer

Hello everyone, I am currently leveling up my Time/Sonic and I expect to finish leveling him sometime in the near future. I was wondering if anyone has any Time/Sonic Build ideas. I would do it my self in Mid's but for some god awful reason Mids doesn't ever let me slot the last 2 powers and for some stupid reason makes me slot powers as I put them down regardless of the settings. Needless to say Mid's hates me and I hate it.
But for all those theory builders and master build crafters if you have any ideas please feel free to post. I generally like my characters to be AV killers and I have heard of Time/Fires soloing ITF's etc etc, but that comes after duty first. High recharge and good support/debuffs is my first concern and than Good DPS and Good survivability is my second. Expense is not an issue so feel free to go crazy. I appreciate any and all ideas and once again I apologize for asking others to do my build. But like stated before Mids refuses to work for me so I have given up and using it. -
Hey, so I'm doing this on my phone so forgive grammer and spelling errors. My Energy/Device blaster solos AVs all the time. The first AV I soloed was Neuron in the Maria Jenkins arc. That was pre I-19 and it took a lot of inspirations and well timed strategys. Now however with incarnate powers and all it's rather easy, I even solo'd 4 of the 5 AVs in the Viridan Council mission where they come after you one after another. Basically though my build is centered around def and damage though. Most of my defenses are around 25-30% and my S/L res is somewhat decent as well, that along with smoke grenade it makes avoiding damage a little easier and caltrops makes kiting extremely easy. Also using pets and or shivans on harder AVs like ms liberty or ghost widow I feel is allowed lol, although at that point it's more the shivan than you. I have not been able to solo GMs though only tried a few times however but it seems like more work than it is worth. Use inspirations often purps and oranges are very helpful as well as blues, bring some greens too for those lucky and big hits

I am going to have disagree here. While I have nothing against BaFs/Lambdas they are just overrun I think the Devs should continue making harder and more challenging trials, like the UG showed us the harder they are the bigger the reward. Ive done so many BaF's and Lams now that I don't even want to do trials any more and sadly no one does UGs or Keyes cause they are more difficult. In reality though they aren't very hard at all if you follow the simple instructions posted in giant red letters pasted across the screen and I say this even after failing countless UG's because of the the Grasp of Geja healing Hamidon to 100%, but those problems will be fixed with time as players get more use to these kind of trials. The BaF is a great way to get your powers started for the new level 50 but once you get 50+(1-3) it is nice to move on to something more challenging and that isn't being farmed 250 times a day. I support the idea to make challenging trials that require team work and the full attention of the players instead of just a wave of 24 players flooding nearby enemies. Although I think every player should get at least a piece of the pie and so I also support the idea of new short and not too hard of trials for the players that just want to do it quick, fast, and painless trial; I just fear them becoming like the BaFs/Lams where you can do them in your sleep they have been ran so many times.

So my Invul/FireTanker is almost level 50. So far I am having a very tough time finishing and making my build the best it can be. My goal is to be more of a mainline battle tank to be able to stand up to just about anything and keep my group safe from harm. Psionic's is obviously a problem with Invul/ but I think with the Ranged Def and the Psionic Def it shouldn't be too much of problem. Please take a look at my build and let me know what you think and any advice is much appreciated. (I personally think I could lower my DEF a little bit in a few areas because with Invincibility on ill be able to take a beating with just one mob around me) Also lemme know what you think of removing Aegis Resistance/Endurance from Resist elements a and replacing it with Impervious Skin Status Resistance, and if should I keep hasten or not. It will be 2 slotted Mids is just buggy and wont let me put the slot in it. **Edit** Powers like Conserve power or Hasten I don't bother IO'ing in Mids because I am just putting regular IO's in there with no set bonus's so they aren't really empty I just didn't bother putting anything in them for mids. I would also like to give credit where it is do this build is based very much so off LSK's build I found in a previous Invul/Fire tank post it was the closest to what I wanted so I started from there and made the changes I thought were right for my character.

So after seeing very little feedback on this post it leads me to believe that I was unspecific and also, which I already knew, that this build isn't a very appealing build. I have been working on it in Mids lately and too be honest I am not sure where to go. Should I be heavy on the -tohits? Should I load up on recharge time? So now I am asking for suggestions that would do for this build. You don't need to make a Mids build (but if you want to too feel free) but with a little team effort we may be able to make this undesirable build a little more interesting because in the right group this build is pretty entertaining. So any ideas at all I am open too if you want to make him all damage lemme know, if you want to make him all support, lemme know. I am open to all ideas and I will keep you updated with the development of this lonesome character.

Very cool man I am impressed, I created a Mind/Earth Dom a little awhile ago to make a AV Killer but I am starting to think I should of made it a Mind/Fire. Think its time to re-create the character

Here is the build I am currently using on my Energy/Device blaster, It is a bit all over the place still because when I started playing again I just kind of threw in sets where they could go, but after much tweaking and planning it's closer to what I want it to be, I don't recommend you use the exact same build as me because this build works with my playing strategy. This build was quite expensive but it is a VERY devistating build, you walk into a room and leave that room with a pile of baddies before they can even despawn. With charged armor on you can take a fairly good licking especially if you hit them with smoke grenade first and if things get too hairy Eye of the Magus or the Barrier destiny power is a great way to turn the tides. I didn't take Aim or Power push because I find them worthless, with proper sets and Targetting Drone you should never miss. As for Power Push you have enough knockback already. With the Muscular Alpha slot almost all your damage powers will be capped making for easy slaughtering. Oh ya ignore the levels at which the slots were placed, i was just going from one power down to the next. The build still needs some tweaking to be all it can be but I still think it is a class you can really sink your teeth into and I hope you can find your Energy/Device as fun as I have

My main is also a Energy/Device blaster and I must say I truly love the build, I don't think you should delete it all. It takes some work and strategy to be a great build but with a little time and effort you can pull it off.
Energy is good for a strong punch and knockbacks especially when soloing, if they cant get up they cant hurt you. In Groups I try to keep the knockback AoE's like Torrent and Energy Blast to a minimum and focus on the single target powers. Especially Power Burst this power is like a fast, close range snipe it can 1 hit almost any minion, maybe throw a Power Blasts here and there than finish with Caltrops and a AoE. As for Nova people may not like the knockback but if slotted right your going to be knocking back corpses so no real problem there. Devices is also a great secondary set, cloaking device and smoke grenade you can be right in there face and they cant see you which is good for Toe Bombing if your solo, toe bombing in a group is a waste of time I think because by the time you get it down most of them are dead anyway. Targeting Drone is a god-send not only for the Gaussian set but for the almost perfect aim too. For the power pool I went with electric mastery which doesn't make or break the deal by any means, i use it for the hold and "charged armor" every once in awhile dropping the AoE stun if I find my self in a bind and need a quick get away but really any mastery pool power is about the same.
If your willing to spend the money you can slot him/her up with some great IO sets and have decent defense, a few hold procs (which come in very handy with bosses), caped damage, KB boosts, great recovery and good recharge time. Not to mention all those nifty procs you get from alot of the sets (such as build ups or endurance boosts)
All in all I think this is a great class and with enough time and inf you can make it a very god like class (especially with the new incarnate material) My 50 Energy/Device blaster is capable of soloing most AV''s and blasting through missions on +0,X8. -
So I just got my Dark/Kinetic Corruptor up to 50 and am having trouble with where to go with him as in terms of a good build. If anyone has a build or for those of you who enjoy creating builds I would be very interested to see what you have to offer, I am not the best at creating a build so I figured I would ask for your help. I play this character as more of a support than I do as a damage dealer. So for example I keep constant SB's up I use the -tohit in my AoEs very often to keep those baddies missing and I try to keep perma FS and and lay on alot of heals and transferences if this helps you at all. I have poor survivabilty and very poor soloing skills on this character so I am all ears to what ever anyone has to offer. Mind the awful spelling please
