If you all decide on a server once the game opens, please post here or start another thread -- I'm getting a new computer soon and can't run the game until I get it... but it would be neat to play on a server with some other Guardian peoples!

Sounds like that guy was a jerk and didn't understand what he was doing.

If you click the link in that article to the bigger article, I found it easier to understand that he wasn't actually PvP'ing -- he was just TPing people in PvP zones into groups of baddies so that they would get debt.

Either he didn't know what he was doing and was a jerk for not listening to people when they told him to stop, or he was a jerk that was doing it on purpose.

Either way, I would have threatened him too! It makes me angry that he's out publishing stuff that was written in ignorance. He should be writing about Bridge or Bingo or something.

Also a note: Now you can also buy SOs off the market, at either Wentworth's (heroside) or the Black Market (villainside).

While you may or may not be able to buy the SO immediately, you can put a bid in, and often get it quickly and more cheaply than from the store.

I for one would like to see them extended from Thursday through Sunday. I think an entire week is too much though.

It does kinda suck when you have to work the the whole weekend -- or if you have other such commitments -- and you miss an entire event. I too can't make the event this weekend, so I'm a little biased I s'pose.

A rad/sonic defender might be a good addition as a fourth member of the team. I have one that I like a lot -- and it would add some things that your current lineup is lacking a little:

1) It has excellent debuffs.

2) Although small in supply, Radiation does have an AoE healing power and a rez power ("Mutate").

3) The sonic secondary set has good ranged damage, most of which debuffs the Dmg Resistance of the enemies you hit. It also has a Sleep power that might come in handy as you're rapidly rolling through large groups.

That's my two cents!

I would love to run it with my lvl 46 dominator... she'll probably be 47 or 48 by the time we run it.

I've successfully done a Master run with my brute with the RIMC... but can't remember much besides the carnage.

I haven't been playing as much (at all?) in recent weeks, but I plan on sticking around to see how Rouge looks on me.

In like 2003 I went to Amsterdam with some friends and it was wonderful. A large prostitute jumped out of her glass-windowed "storefront" and chased my little Irish friend down the street. Each day we munched on "magical" muffins and went crazy in the many awesome art museums.

Last year my work sent me to Omaha, Nebraska, and it wasn't nearly as cool. Lots of big roads and steakhouses. I would recommend Amsterdam over Omaha any day, in case at some point you are offered a choice between the two.

I have all the Killer Bunnies booster packs! It is the most fun card game ever.

I have toons called the Holographic Bunny and the Magic Spatula on Freedom, hehe... but no one has told me they got the reference yet.

I can't find it online anymore, but there's a Killer Bunnies encycolpedia that explains almost all the cards and how they are supposed to be used (quite helpful). If anyone wants it and can't find it, send me a PM and I'll e-mail it to you.

I actually am sorry that I posted that. I believe my cats had lead a happy nine lives.

As an explaination: When you live in a town < 5,000 on the Canadian border, you live outside more than most people. The car fatality actually happened when the kitty was sunning herself under a house painter's pickup truck... it wasn't the result of a nearby highway.

Anyway, I've just been thinking about this too much, and didn't want you all to think I hate or treat my cats badly. They were happy litle lolcats! ... up until like those last 10 minutes.

I have had 5 cats. All have either been eaten by foxes, mauled by dogs or hit by cars.

So I am now a dog person... they have higher HP and more damage resistance. But I do enjoy mah cat pictures.

Ever been to the Russian lolcats site? It is funny enough to make you cubicle neighbors wonder what's going on over there

I'd say I've gone about 36 hours. But that was back in the day (2000-2005?) when Montreal and club raves were on my weekend agenda whenever possible.

Nowadays I value sleep more than fun. This way, I can be productive and industrious in my cubicle indefinitely so as to bring in maximum revenue for my faceless masters!

Erm... maybe I should look into that club and see if it's still open...

Should only take you 5ish hours with a good team. I've done it twice and it's been about 4.5 hours both times I believe, and we lost a couple players along the way.
