I really thinks that this proves conclusively that gamers are the best people in the world *nods*

"I'm a Defender, not a "Healer!" I don't "Heal" anything, I Defend! Whoever told you I need to "Heal" things is a big, fat, WoW player who doesn't understand that there are no healers in CoX. In fact, I want names! I want to know, who told you I'm a healbot, cause the only one who needs healing around here is the person who's about to get a Psionic Wail up his butt!"

*clings to Khephrera*
Finally! Someone who understands how I feel!!!! *sobs* -

If you find a time portal in the basement you have to give your game friends dibs! ;P -
So cool!
You should definitely post more *nods*

Name: Radey Ayte
AT: dark/rad defender
Quote: "Wait. What's that? More Healz0rz? You know what? In between keeping Darkest Night up, Fearing, Tar Patching, holding, wrangling Fluffy, nuking, and reducing defenses with EVERY SINGLE SHOT you're LUCKY I find time to heal you! If you die with ALL THOSE DEBUFFS UP, you had to WORK at it!
Oh, and my heal is AOE centered on ME b!tch. And I don't make housecalls."
Okay, so that was long!but it was a heartfelt rant!

The one I used was gillbates@mmoart.com

I just talked to Jomaro via e-mail a couple of times, so they're still around and answering mail

Little details I absolutely adore:
- Heart on the scales of justice
- all the blood in the foreground
- expression on the closest corpse
- Ice impalement!!!
- Kilo is posing as Atlas
- Lady Judgement as Lady Justice
- Hopper as Venus from The Birth of Venus
- Bucket of Hearts!
- Turbo placing a heart inside the ice statue of her dead huspand
- Turbo's innocent expression
[/ QUOTE ]
Psssst, if you look at the guy in the foreground, you'll see that his chest-skin is being held back by little icicles like dissection pins
That's my favorite little detail. But I'm kind of morbid -
Well he doesn't have an account anymore so here are his latest two pieces!
She Is The Dark of Shadow Druid for Pyrria
And Heartless for Turboski! -
Neato!!!
I like how soft and fuzzy the whole thing looks. Very old silent movie feel.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay welcome back Rox! Water under the bridge! *hugs*

Hmmmm I dunno! Which picture are you talking about?
If you mean watching, then the link may have been unintentionally messed up since I'm already watching her. >_> I don't know how that fancy-schmancy computer stuff works. -
Ah Mazing!
MAN I think that's one of the best Grae's I've ever seen!
-
I thought some of the local art....er....ahem....connoisseurs on the board might like to have a look at Lady Hellfyre's Seasonal commission specials.
I am eagerly awaiting mine!!

If you're FIRING lasers, how are you going to CHASE them?? Hmmmm????

Maybe I just think the hyper-active "LOL I SM SO RANDOM CHEESE MONKEY DOODLE PANTS!!!!11 GAWD I AM SO RAAAAAAANDOM! LOOK AT MY RANDOMNESS I AM SO CREATIVE, HUH?!" is not really entertaining or funny.

I agree, however asking someone to check a link because (presumably) the intended recipient's inbox is full hardly falls into that category.

Color me jaded but when a message board is filled with this 14 year-old attention starved trite, it makes me remember why I normally stick to the Dev Digest and stay far away to most other parts of this forum.
[/ QUOTE ]
First of all (little pet peeve here) trite is not a noun, it is an adjective. Something can BE trite, but it cannot be full of it. It could be full of triteNESS, but that's a silly word and no one uses it.
Second of all, if that is how you feel there is no one chaining you to the screenshots and fanarts section, or forcing you to read (or, more importantly, respond to) posts which obviously do not reach your exacting standards of relevance.
And MrsAlphaOne! I can't wait to see the sculptures!!!! -

The goofiness of this community is one of the things I love about it. No one forced you to look into this thread.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!! Bad touch! Bad touch! I need an adult!!!
-
Shoot, if you're on Virtue I have a set you can have.
-
Yeah I'd do both too. They both look equally awesome!

I've noticed several people say that they feel "unfinished" but to me that's part of their charm. They have that marker-esque convention feel to them.
This is going purely on aesthetics rather than any sort of formal art critique, of course, but personally I like it.
I agree that what you are going for may be an easier feel to achieve with Painter, but good LORD that program has a pretty steep learning curve (Graver's gotten the hang of it after a while, but I just can't feel comfortable with it).
Anyway, my two cents! -

those are cool star.. chibis are fun... I need to save up and get one of War Patriot one day just for grins.
[/ QUOTE ]
I actually don't charge >_> It's just something fun I do. Once you start charging then it becomes something you HAVE to do and then it's not fun anymore. -
Well as the thanksgiving spirit was upon me, and I successfully cooked lunch/dinner (linner?) without burning down the apartment, I decided to do a couple of chibis for some cool cats!
First is Cloud Nine for Kllrjat!
And second is our own favorite Lady Judgment -
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
Is it still in the spirit of the holiday if I had to clothesline an old lady to grab the last can of cranberry sauce?
