  15. So trying to slot my toon for more defense isn't really viable. That's a shame. I think the only good thing I got out of my build it the quick recharge on Dull Pain. I didn't know about the I12 changes to Fast Healing. Been away for the game for a year, and a lot has changed/is changing. How's this for a second attempt? If I really want a bit more def, I can always pop a purple insp.

  16. So, I made a claws/regen build that I want you all to look at. It probably needs lots doing to it, as I've never been that good at making my own builds. I've gone for plenty of DEF, and what I hope is pretty much perma-Dull Pain. The power choices seem to work, but the levels I placed the powers at probably needs shuffling around. Please give me your honest opinion, and any tips you have to make this a better build. I have the inf to do whatever is needed. Thank you in advance.

  18. I'm a lover of /Regen, but haven't tried a DM/Regen. My Claws/Regen is great fun to play and I like DM as a powerset, so a DM/Regen is very tempting now that it's been explained well by Werner.

    This. I get rather bored when solo'ing as any other scrapper, but regen is great fun because you have to really pay attention to what's going on. The other scrapper secondaries are far too "toggle on and go".

  21. I know what it's like to be thrown into an ITF. I've been playing CoH for over five years, but had a break around the time the ITF became available. Sinse returning to the game, I've only done a few ITF's, and I still have no idea what's going on in them due to everyone wanting to speed through them. I'd love, just once, to have a slower run of the TF just so I can take it all in and learn what I have to do and where to do it.

    Kudos to you for taking the time to help that new player out. Shame he/she became a bit hostile when things didn't go great in the ITF.

    I love them as well. I like doing random stuff that doesn't necessarily earn you XP or inf. It's just good fun within the community.
