What about
respec'ing into a different travel-power build?
Would this only hurt you if you intended to do a lot of exemplaring? Besides going to 14 (around that level) for task forces and such, where else would a respec into something other than Super Speed hurt you, besides maybe losing one power pool to hasten? I'm not going to question if hasten is necessary. I believe it to be true and others are welcome to their own opinion.
For instance, in my own case, I'm not one to six slot hover, and with the recent changes to Fly, AS is a viable option - does it make you put away your sword to use it? I suppose that doesn't really matter because you'd be using it primarily as a knockdown/-fly, and not in a primary attack chain... but still..
With a regen scrapper, couldn't it be easier to hit the fly speed cap with our ability to regenerate endurance making us able to slot just for fly speed?
I've picked up stealth recently, and stealthing through mishes absolutely rocks... I guess between the wasted power pool pick and not being able to stealth through caves, that'd probably be the biggest hit... I have alts that have fly that I absolutely love playing, so I'd have to say that it's my favorite travel power, and I feel that I use ss out of necessity for Spartus...
But I'm left wondering if there's anything I'm not seeing other than these questions, if I respec into flight... any suggestions/comments on this argument I've got going in my head?
By the way, thank you!!! This is a great guide, and damn near all of it is what I would put into a katana/regen guide if I was going to write one myself.
