  1. The heck with double xp, how about instant leveling? Just go see a "trainer" and level up. Unlimited respecs, unlimited inf. Open it up. Have massive PVP wars, go anywhere be hero or villain, it is the time of the apocalypse, end of the world, chaos. Lets go out with a BANG!
  2. Doing some PVP stuff and had questions as to how the other side "sees" me. I was in a PVP zone and did a successful AS strike, my first kill. I did run into a corrupter who came right up to me while hidden. The corrupter was a few levels below me and had nothing special in the way powers. I'm not expecting 100% stealth 100% of the time but, would like to know what I can do to improve my stealth.

    Thanks,
  3. Cool, thanks for the reply. I will try PL and running. Stalkers are such cowards.
  4. Here is my question or rant.
I have a 31 stalker and he pretty much kicks butt, at least to me. So I am doing a mission, "Offer Artifacts to Power", CoT. So I get in there, clear the room, touch the alter, and bam here comes the ambush. I fend off the first 2 waves no problem. The 3rd group has the big purple Boss that flattens me in a few hits. The problem I have is that I was hidden when he attacked me. So, I died, went to the hosp. I went back, hidden of course, he did not see me this time, so I AS and he was down in 3 hits.

So my question is: Is this a bug? I would think that I could at least have a chance that an ambush would not see me. He seems that an ambush situation is programed to just attack you regardless of you stealthiness.

    Any thoughts? Thanks!
  5. Great, it works, I am in Imperial City. Thanks for the information.
  6. Never mind, I found it.

On the freaking map, I should look better next time.

In my test for the other thread I took my hero to Talos Island and went through the portal to Underground Imperial next to Mistress Eva. I then went through the door to First Ward and looked at the sky. I then went back to Underground Imperial and then headed up to the exit to Imperial City. Once I got into Imperial City I went to Studio 55 and from there went through the portal to go to Pocket D.

At that point, I stopped my testing.

After reading Soul_Bender's post above, I decided to try going from Pocket D to Studio 55. On clicking the portal I get the following message:

So, it appears that for a Premium account that has not purchased GR prior to Freedom (or found and purchased a GR box set since Freedom was released and applied the code on the Account page) or purchased Create a Praetorian from the Paragon Market cannot access Studio 55 through the portal in Pocket D. Since the purchase of the Going Rogue Alignment System in the Paragon Market has nothing to do with Praetoria, it's seems obvious that this wouldn't drop the dimensional barrier around the portal in Pocket D.

However, a Premium can go through the Underground Imperial access points in Talos or Cap au Diable, move through the Underground to the exit to Imperial City, go into Studio 55 and then through the portal there back to Pocket D.

    Weird.
I like this idea, so here's the dumb question. Where in Cap Au Diable is the Underground portal?
    Thanks,

If you look on your missions tab, you should see one that says Tips.

You have to run 10 Tip missions + 1 Morality mission to change your alignment.

You can only run 5 tip missions per day however.

On day 2 you can run the Morality mission even after you have run the 5 tips.

More information can be found on Paragon Wiki: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Alignment
I found it. It was actually under the Contacts tab. Never thought to look there.
    Thanks for the info.
  9. I do not have the ability to create a Praetoria char. I thought that's where I had go for the GR content. So if ging to Praetoria is not where I go then, where do I go if I want to change alignment? I am a villain currently.

    Thanks,
  10. Hello, I just purchase GR from the Paragon Market. I went to Pocket D and went to the portal next to the bathrooms and am unable to enter. I read on the forum somewhere that it was to correct portal. Am I missing something?

    Thanks,
  11. Ok, I am at Pocket D and cannot enter the gate to get to Praetoria. Is there a contact I must see first? (I went to the gate behind the ramp gate. I read that's to one to go to.)

    Thanks,
  12. Again thank you for all your responses. Please don't take my "cheated" response as that I don't like COH. I do. My feelings are just that mine and I expressed them. I recommend CoH to my friends and take my experience as just that. I have not played CoH in a number of years and I am on a learning curve from the massive amount of changes. What I did learn is that there is an active discussion group that is friendly and helpful. So, the next time I have a question I know where to go first.

    Thanks,
  13. Thank you all for your responses. I guess it breaks down to me being misinformed. I'll give the GR expansion a try and see if I like it (have no choice, can't return it). I do feel a little cheated. I was hoping to not pay for VIP since I play in spurts. I may play for the next few weeks and then get bored and come back in six months or so. I understand the need to "make money" through micro-transactions but there could be more information as to what purchase actually does and does not do on the paragon market. I also understand the push to go VIP otherwise they can't stay in business. I guess I'll go VIP when I am ready for the trials until them I'll explore GR.

    Thanks again!

Yes, I would like try being a Rouge. I am a Villain now. Just wanted to try something new. I mainly got GR because I was informed that I need it for the Incarnate Trials. So I thought I would give GR a try.

    Thanks!
  15. I have a lvl 41 MM and just purchased the Going Rouge through the Paragon Market. How can I access GR content?

    Thanks!
