Not sure if you've been out for THIS long but:
Most AoE attacks are garbage due to the new activation/recharge time rule that came with garbo i13 pvp, with the exception of ball lightning for corr's iirc that does PvE dmg in PvP and PvP dmg in PvE, You wanna shoot for around 25% dmg, capped HP with accos, 50-80% recharge, the more the better, minimum 41 pts of KB with acro and have enough acc to hit loldefense toons. <<If you knew all of this before hand then you've pretty much got it covered.

I am looking to see what people enjoy playing, and from that find a ranged or hybrid (spines for instance) that appeals to me.
I am not ******** about being kited, i am not complaining about the system etc etc. Nothing of the sort, i am looking at it from a positive manner and trying to find something that appeals to me within the existing system and player driven metagame environment. To be honest, all the people with poor reading comprehension harping on this one point instead of bringing something useful to the table are really kinda souring me on the subject.
But hey, thanks for reading the thread and at least putting something on the table.
I have seen psi/em blaster tossed out a couple places. Is it the stun potential in em that would make this more viable than psi/mind or is there something else i should be looking at specifically? -
