A slight digression to discuss the second book...


It contained elements that were sorta game canon... but then attributed them to non-canon.

Recluse's Tarantulas were vehicles, not cyborgs.

a 'psychic entity in a porcelain mask' was never attributed to the Carnival of Shadows, instead it was "a Venetian Relic".

Synapse's origin at the hands of Crey was gone into pretty deeply, but the person who did it was cashiered from Crey and started his OWN company (doing the same shenanigans as Crey does). Positron was also a Crey employee - note the past tense.

Granted a lot of this happens in the 70's and early 80's, but the way a lot of it came off was as if it had been plotted out using game canon, and then a whole lot of rewriting happened to retcon stuff AWAY from game canon.

So I think that may be the difficulty with the comics. Either they're running out of safe, "non-spoiler" stories to tell with the signature characters, or they just don't see the point in telling stories about them at all. Which is sad.

Personally... I'd think that every story arc in the game deserves its own comic... perhaps the 'souveneirs' (sp) from them could be used to 'unlock' downloadable comics as you receive them. At the very least, if they storyboard stuff out, having one of the guys who's drawn the Top Cow or Blue King stuff 'dress up' the storyboards and publishing THOSE as B&W comic souveneirs would be really cool.

There is a DAZ exporter plugin available to push Poser/DAZ scenes to Bryce.

(personally, I'd rather export them as meshes and then import them into POV-RAY... I can actually get better terrain from that than I can from Bryce, it's just a LOT more work!)

If you can actually get demos recorded in al zones since I9 to WORK ... before I9 it was completely borked, wouldn't playback a lot of stuff at all.

I've posted a couple of the Ebony-Chan commissions I've had done. I believe TA also had some work done by Ebony.

Well, turns out someone either used a stolen credit card thru Paypal to scam Ebony out of $870 of artwork, or the card owner is trying to pull a fast one. Either way... Ebony's now in the hole to Paypal for the quote fraudulent amount unquote.

If you go to Manage Deviations off the DA menu (top left corner under your name) and move it to Storage and then back, sometimes you can force it to refresh in the database and it'll display.
