Demoplayback.... still broken... *sigh*

If you can actually get demos recorded in al zones since I9 to WORK ... before I9 it was completely borked, wouldn't playback a lot of stuff at all.

- Zones with consignment houses and blackmarkets(Atlas, Talos, Mercy ect) appear to be working again.
- Wings are not displaying on playbacks.
Sparky - mutant elec/elec/elec blaster
Well aside from:
A) No ragdoll physics
B) Poor recording/playback of NPC deaths (they dont land for a few seconds from KU kills)
C) No weapons
Anything else im missing?
Anything besides the "low priority" stamp from the devs?
