Is it just me or do these numbers mean absolutely nothing unless the dates and times of day are provided?

There's so much that can effect what we see on search at any given time. Is relation to holidays, exams, 2xXP dates, issue release dates and so on are all taken into account?? I remember hearing the cries of doom back in 2006. And we're still here.

I never said it wasn't cheap and nasty, but I disagree about skill and about it being griefing.

If it's happening repeatedly the player has options to deal with it. They can craft a temp phase, carry inspirations, call backup, go after the offender first or just stay near friendly mobs out of tp range and force the person to come to you.

Well, both involve attempting get another player killed by npc's.

Some consider this a dirty tactic and it can be a bit annoying. I don't see how it's really griefing though, it's using the zone's hazards to your advantage. When it's done with flair, it's a thing of beauty.

Much like killing farmers, it might be a bit cheeky, but it's part of the game.

I wasnt picking on you personally, I go after the most wanted in the bounty system, thats what Sirens Call's feature is... and if there is a way for me to kill my target in the pvp zone im going to do it.

Otherwise stay out the PvP zone.
There is a clear warning when you enter Sirens call that hero's may attack you in this zone.

If there is an area that this wasnt allowed then it would be governed by a safe Zone just like warburg.

PS. - And for those who love to quote previous threads and have a go at me for being hypocritical, I have since learned through experience and moans that i myself have had, that all is fair in PvP, and now I just get on with it.

Accept the risk when you enter the zone.

Were you banned for the actual act of droning or for harassment? I thought the general idea was that droning is permitted as long as you're doing it indiscriminately, not just singling out one person and hounding them.

And you're quite entitled to think that. I don't usually use either of those tactics(although I admit I have once or twice). My point was that I don't really see how droning is any less fair than other common pvp tactics.

It's so easy to avoid being droned. Even a horse, probably the worlds most stupid animal, learns not to keep running into an electric fence after a while...

So mob tp'ing/wormholing is ok but drone tp isn't? At least people don't get debt and they can avoid the droning by just using their heads and staying out of range.

Is it a cheap tactic? Perhaps, but no more so than people who bring on multiple accounts to help hammer single players. I really don't see a problem with it.

I love the giggle factor of tk... my domi has a hard enough time in zones already but at least I can push things around briefly before I get 2 shotted.
