how can the action drop??! Figthing with a stalker and vs a stalker is great fun, when i take a stalker down with my blaster it feels great. also how can you say a/s needs to be nerfed? you are saying you dont like to fight stalkers because you are lazy and are having a pop at them yourself in all fairness.

well i know how i play my stalker and i nornally use AS then follow up with a golden dragon fly. i definitly do not run away all the time. my point is people just jump on the anti stalker bandwagon and decide to have a go cos we play our at's as they are meant to be played which is sneaky.

I agree that maybe people dont like being as'd and the stalker retreats for hide to kick in but you might aswell ask a MM not to use their pets to fight for them if you complain about a stalker's tactics

well i was in sirens call lastnight with a a great team of stalkers and a dominator but the one thing i noticed was the amount of people moaning about a stalkers tactics. every few minutes there was abuse being hurled over broadcast that all we do is hit and run and that we are basically cowards. now to me these people may have never played a stalker as much as i have so they cant really comment but i would like to know what you all think?

oh my god no dull pain??! dull pain is super sweet when combined with instant healing, it gives you double health and lets you go toe to toe for that little bit longer

yer chi resiliance isnt that good imo, my stalker has never needed it and as you know he can hold his own pvp.

can i just say this guide is pretty sweet chi, ive been thinking about making a storm defender for ages and i am defo gonna be taking your advice on board

i still have enough of regen and nb to 3 hit kill your mm or dom easily if im being honest. i have made a build to compensate the lack of defence in order for me to hold my own in pvp. with integration, tough, weave and combat jumping running i am a tough opponent.

well my stalker has tough and weave, hide and combat jumping which would give me a defensive bonus wouldnt you say hmm?

and if you are so sure my regen stalker is a gimp why dont you pop into pvp warburg sometime with your MM or any other toon and we will put him to the test.

no i play a ninja blade / regen stalker who happens to be fairly good in pvp and pve as many of my team m8s can vouch for. also didnt mention anything about regen rates, i just stated that the defence on a regen stalker is comparable to a regen scrapper according to the coh planner.

so what if a stalker doesnt have same hp as a scrapper, i know for a fact my sg m8's lvl 40 regen stalker is just as hard as his regen scrapper for defence. he put the builds in coh planner and got very similar results. at the end of the day we will agree to disagree but you have to stop having a go at other peoples power sets which you did do to be fair.

im not trying to promote regen or say its the best just bored of people saying regen is poor when they havent spent alot of time playing it like i have. i know a lvl 40 ma/regen stalker who is also very good in pvp.

no you was beefing about regen saying its rubbish in as many words which is gonna put people off making a regen stalker. negative comments are uncalled for.

you could have said in my opinion regen isnt as strong not if you are regen you are a gimp maybe mate.

they would still wipe the floor with a dom thanks to the little gem of integration. just stop having a go at regen m8, there is no need for it. if you can say you have spent alot of time in pvp with a regen stalker then fair enough but if not you cant really make judgements.

just dont like people trying to force their opinions on others and potentially putting players off making regen stalkers by saying they are rubbish. at least we havent had the nerf bat all over us like ice tanks lol

well that is your opinion that its the weakest set but i know from playing my stalker alot in pvp lately he can hold his own if i am unable to use my a/s and placate tactics.

You are still having a pop at the power set mate which is uncool.

i still play pvp with my stalker today in warburg and sirens and i am able to deal with blasters, as i said a good player can get the best out of their powers.

i think you need to stop having a go at regen to be honest as calling us gimps isnt cool.

tell you what then tainted take me when you see me in pvp on union you take me on and you will see how rubbish regen is. you are entitled to your own opinions and views but unless you have played in pvp for a good few months like i have with my ninja then you cant comment. at the end of the day a good player can get the best out of their powers. i have come across plenty of blasters in pvp and they have been easy targets.

i have noticed that but i can still hold my own one on one thanks to instant healing and dull pain. i have managed to go one on one with a ma / regen scrapper and various other at's.

you are going on like regen is a poor power pool in pvp when it isnt, you just have to know how to play it.

well what level is he and what kind of build are you running on him?? as long as you be sneaky and attack when they arent expecting it you should be ok. the tactic of build up, a/s, placate and golden dragon fly normally takes down blasters for me. Are you on defiant or union?

i cant say myself or my 2 other stalker m8s from my sg have ever been 1 shotted by a blaster before, infact im normally the one who is 1 shot as'ing them.
Unless you have a regen stalker mate and if you havent played one for a long time like me you cant really have a go at the power set now can if im being honest.
