Not bad, might consider taking out some recharges and sticking one more Accuracy's in all your attack powers, will help you fighting higher levels, apart from that looks good

? I didn't put recharges in attacks... only in click buffs eg build up..
One thing I didn't notice though, I have only one slotted AStrike hee hee, would have 3 dmg, 2 acc. You don't normally need that many accs though, NBlade has inherenty high accuracy anyway...

Sorry edited post as youve already mentioned AS. Resilience isnt worth 3 slotting most likely and 1 Acc will never be enough for attacks in PvP, +5% is nice but not nearly enough.
Ive got AS with 3Acc and 3Dam for that extra little chance to hit and detoggle PFF, but recharge is prob as good as the extra Acc.
Stealth still stacks and is almost a must have (unless your EM 
).

yer chi resiliance isnt that good imo, my stalker has never needed it and as you know he can hold his own pvp.
I think i'm 1 of the few who keep dull pain out of my build for the stealth power

oh my god no dull pain??! dull pain is super sweet when combined with instant healing, it gives you double health and lets you go toe to toe for that little bit longer
