Ok.. i still had a ninja/dark MM, wich i serious dont like, soooo i gotta make a new toon. (the reason im not making any.. i ran out of slots, unless i go to uni.. naaaah). I got MikaZ for jumping onboard at lvl11ish to give everyone nice flame shields (ice/thermal), i think i gonna add a kin corrupter on my other account, or a dominator.. or a new MM.. or a brute after.. or a.. Altholic.. love it.. must.. hmm.. coffee!

Ok, about the CoV/CoH playing. I think our fellow nearly-50 heroes will need a buckload of help, i've fought an AV last night... omg they are insane strong. Their regen is just plain a /regen, took around 5 minutes just to take down a -1 AV (lvl49 Siege). It seems the hold-stuff has been changed too, we had 4 holders on the team and 99% of the time he wasnt hold (we're talking 2x hold per person). As i do like CoV, my lvl range its really lonesome so i mostly just wait up the rest to catch up and jump along (OMG i love disruption arrow). I still got a few heroes to lvl (mika and sinx) and plan thursday-respecday, since i have 4 chars that need a full respec.

I either gonna be hanging around on my blaster or jump over to villains to test all the happy happy TA-hugs issue7 gave. From there i just be a allrounder, who needs help can call me Since i'm not gonna make any new toon (for now).

Lets asume once a week, that would take 1 year to slot most powers with Hami-O, taking the fact we succeed each time.

The fact defiant can actual take down hami, proofs more that we have a stronger team to do so then the fact we are 'starting to farm em'.

First of all, you dont know if he slotted nova at all. My nova is unslotted with a single end-reduction and my powers are all with just 1 SO dmg. End recovery is close to 0 then, specialy when you keep blasting around in a extremely squidy form. Yellow/orange/red is for him a orange/red/purple, mobs i dont want to have close to my squishy at all.

In that line, my dwarf is slotted fully now (3res,1endred,2endmod) together with some extra slots in all my attacks. I prefer wacking around in dwarf (although low dmg, i can spank mobs nonstop, unlike my squishy) just to be a bit more safer versus orange-purple mobs. Outside the fact i prefer playing a dwarf, he looks more fun

Its basicly what you expected that made you think about it, if you see a inv tanker with all armors you think you are safe.. but what if he has NO SINGLE slot in any armor? (trust me, i helped out a lvl33 inv tanker that didnt had any slot in any armor).

As it is a disorient, i might face the stupid bug of 'SS running away mobs', even if i slot 3Slow on icestorm. I though it would be a nice addition popping it before icestorm/blizzard so they have no single chance attacking me.

(does ice storm really have a 6.7 BI, so say coh builder..)

recharge isnt really a big thing, Blizzard aint up fast enough either Any info about damage?

Well, lokanna got her milestone: first PB of OotCS

With the upcomming Free respec, i decided to do a last overall change for my Blaster. Mainly because Repulsion field is just <bleep> and although FoN is a great clicky, i noticed i hardly use it anyway (not even in PvP it seems). TI i slotted badly so it became a quite end-drainer.

With a few prim/sec changes, i got to the Epic set, whereby Elec seem a nice way to go. I can ditch Bitter freeze ray to get the epic hold power (same dmg, but less recharge/end-usage/execution time) and go for Aim/BU for the upcommming icestorm/blizzard boostable feature. Few other minor changes and im quite happy.

Now i get to EMP Pulse, Hero builder has no good info (except its weaker then the defender version) outside the fact it has a 20sec hold (disorient?) duration, wich i can make 40 with powerboost. Anyone has some info/experience regarding recharge/damage or range/accuracy?

Outside that, like Bloody bay has buyable temporary powers, has RV a likewise feature? this way i can consider taking stealth out and just stick with the buyable temp powers.

As said, the most nicest and friendiest player i've known on defiant. Just a little bad day, have little talk to her and you're all happy again. Though not that talkatlive, i'll stick to the 'silent waters have deep grounds'.

Big gratz on the 50, milestone at OotCS as first PB from 1-50 of the SG

I hope you can also come along to the Villain side, where this time you perhaps can make your evil sister of Lokanna (for those interested, she got a pretty nice Bio on her PB).

True, but the milestone is only 1 moment-shot (believe all chars were in SG when Hyper got kicked). And if the alt-SG is included, i also have Sinergy XS as leader of that SG So then i would hit 7

Maybe i put all those milstones on a webbie..

Yesterday she dinged lvl49 already, so i gues its a matter of bars now untill she hits the big o' 50. Though she DC shortly after, im sure she will be around tonight again. As she did most of her lvls outside the SG-teaming, i partied with mika sk'ed quite often. This would be a great help-out to her

I think she will be hitting a milestone of the SG with this, being the first PB from 1-50 that is in our SG (not sure if the other one joined also at lvl1).

Sidenote, might be fun to create a little milestone list, like who was first lvl50, who got first 2 lvl50s, first one with a certain badge, first AT to 50 etc etc. I will claim the milestone "most alts in the SG".

Why are people always talking about "spam AoE"... EM, Axe, Mace, Ice, SS (handclap not) all have 1 AoE wich you wont even have at low lvl (footstomp even 38). Outside fire, how can you 'spam AoE'?

I'd say.. drop absorb pain. Once they see you do that power, 99% change they unleash their full attack chain on your butty without you being able to heal (my tactics in pvp).

Erm.. the animation of the flying spines is not the same timing as you get hit. The system register a hit anyway, even when you run away cap-SS with the spine still following you. The range spined shot is just a 'slower' execute so it looks like you can outrun it.

i had my taunt and punchvoke, was pretty good enough to get myself to 18 without any much of a problem. Outside that is your defence not that good either (except a end-eater s/l) so it makes a nice little balance along the way.
