  1. So is the switching of sides only going to be available through a Task Force/Strike Force? And only from a higher up level? I'm really hoping not.
  2. Staves

    Spears

Options for some of the more bizarre weapons from late night kung fu movies.

Daemon summoning for MM's (and let us design how they look).

Henchman summoning for MM's (super powered, let us play with the powersets and looks).

More advanced weaponry for blaster types, and different emanation points. Shoulder mounted missile launchers, railgun sniper weapons, using CC weapons as opposed to bayonets.

I want the beam weapon the drones use. The police ones that send the bad guy straight to jail. Still want the xp, but I want that beam weapon...
  3. I wouldn't mind being able to fly like the character from Greatest American Hero, unsteady, wobbling and flailing all over the place...
  4. I'm pretty sure if you have to ask, you're probably not ready for the answer...
  5. 1) About time. Being able to switch sides has only been talked about since CoV was launched, and I seem to remember vague promises back then that it would happen.

    2) Paid expansion? Not if that's all your getting with it. You'd need a bunch of new archetypes, powers, costumes, villain and hero groups, etc. Basically, at least as much as came in either the CoH or CoV disks. Minimum. Otherwise you're really not adding any new content.
  6. My fiance and I actually met while playing SWG. We're now both playing COH/COV quite happily. It's nice to have something that we both enjoy doing. Course, she does seem to take a lot longer making sure her character looks just right...
