With the up coming change in issue 19 with fitness becoming inherited powers I was wondering what to do with the reg and wp scrappers.
Is it better to 3 slot each, 6 slot one and 3 slot the other, or 6 slot both ?
Can you skip QR and just use stamina ?
Which is the better overall power ?

QR is better than stamina and I would not skip it on a REGEN even when Stamina becomes inherent, although if you have a light END primary maybe you could consider it. However, if you were not going to take QR, you might want to consider another secondary. QR is one of REGEN's defining powers.
I typically 3 slot each with 1 Performance Shifter +Chance for Endurance, 1 Performance Shifter END MOD, and 1 Regular END MOD IO. There may be better ways to slot it, but that's what I use. -
There was a thread some time back asking for good Katana / Regeneration builds. I have put this one together, but I am sure it can be made better. Please take a look and provide some constructive criticism if you have the time.
I am planning to alternate Shadow Meld and MoG to keep my resists / defense high. Not sure if I could solo an AV with this build so any help is appreciated.
Also, will the +END in revive actually provide the END if the power is not activated?

Here is my lvl 50 build. All positions are soft capped and the build is fun to play. In I19 when fitness become inherent I plan to add Fly, OWTS, and GC. I would like to figure out a way to max DDR by 3 slotting AD, but need to figure out the best way to manage this change.

Anyone have an I19 Katana / Regeneration build? I am planning on pulling my first 50 out of retirement and I am looking at MoG and Shadow Meld along with DA as being pretty strong.
Money is no object, so if someone has a stellar build, please help me out... -
This is my current build. I played MA/SR as my main for years, but ended up switching to MA/SD. I really enjoy playing this character. I am sure I could tweak this build and make it slightly better, but I am happy with the performance as is right now.
Watch out for DE and you should be ok...

I am at lvl 5 and am out of contacts. I am resistance and only got 2 contacts (White and Calvin Scott). Scott says wait until lvl 8 and White tells me get outta his face.
Are there any other contacts I can get or radio mission contacts? -
I deleted a character to create a new one, but after I deleted my character the slot was listed as unavailable. Just an FYI for anyone thinking about deleting a character to create a new one.

I'll bring War Shield, but he is 44 now. I will look and see if I have someone else between 39 and 41, but I don't think I do.

This is my almost current build on live. I have Scirroco's Dervish in TF instead of Hetacomb, but I should be getting the Hetacomb soon. I also have regular IOs in the last of the attacks instead of the HOs and need some cash for the HOs.
This build is fun for me especially at 0/8 settings with no boss. I can go through an AE map and LRM one mob, come in with HoB, and mop up. Next mob I can start with HoB, then EC and BR until everything is dead. I am surprised by how effective it is but sometimes I get to aggressive and face plant.
I am debating getting Suppressive Fire and removing Power Boost or Swap Ammo, but both those powers would enhance Suppressive Fire so I can't pull the trigger on that change.
Yes, this build is extremely expensive and I am not sure if all the value is there, but it is fun to play. I was mainly building for recharge and some ranged defense, but the ranged defense is only about 13%, so not sure how much the defense is worth.

My plan with this build was to try farming for once. Foot stomp comes up every 6 seconds and I thought I could just use Foot Stomp and Shield Charge to go through large groups. Because of the endurance costs of Foot Stomp I thought I would need all the endurance I could get.

Can a SD/SS tank reach scrapper level damage? I am looking at Foot Stomp with AAO and Rage going. It does higher damage than my MA/SD scrapper's Dragon's Tail with AAO in Mid's.
For some reason SC does not show the damage for the Tanker in Mid's.
I want to know if Mid's is accurate? Also, anyone play SD/SS with opinions on it's viability and fun factor? Also, do SD tanks take Taunt? I had Taunt in my original build, but switched it out for Hasten.

That is very, very difficult to achieve without Hasten.
Tactics uses less endurance than Focused Accuracy, and usually provides enough of a boost to make Focused Accuracy expensive overkill, particularly if you also have the Kismet unique. And yes, it benefits the team, not just you, which is a nice bonus. -

Sorry to bump this old thread, but I am just trying to get some more info on Phalanx Fighting.
My mid's does not seem to show the 3.75% when solo. Also, I just want to make sure I understand that enhancements do not increase the 3.75% base percentage, but they do increase the 2.25% for each ally in space. Is this correct?
I had planned on 2 slotting it with LoTG =7.5 and a LoTG DEF, but it seems that the LoTG DEF will not help a solo character, so I can get away with just the one slot. -

Anyone got a DP/NRG super duper build? I have a 50 DP/NRG and went munitions, but still get my butt kicked on the regular. I was thinking about going Force mastery and was hoping for a good build. Cost is no object.

For some reason I am not able to view some of the longer threads. I click on the thread and the thread appears to be opening and either opens with no content and says "Done" or it opens to an error page.
I get this with IE and FireFox (default browser). Am I missing a setting or something?
