Windowed mode would be my only guess too. I can't get my music player to stay on top either, but I like the game full screen so I just.. live with it.

Matter of opinion on some of those things.
1: Vils tend to see a lot more Hero class mobs in later arcs than heroes see AVs.
2: Vils DO get an epic pool.. Patron pools. Patron pools are IMO not as good as Heroes epic pools, but it really depends on what you're looking to use them for.
3: I dunno how you play, so I really couldn't say.. I think if you're trying to play a vil AT like you would plays a 'comparable' hero AT, you are not going to like the outcome.
4: Eye of the beholder. I like the Villain ATs better than Hero ATs, but matter of opinion and how you like to play.
5: Tanks are better at TANKING than Brutes.. but Brutes are better at actually killing things and doing it quickly. YMMV depending on how you build your char, but I definitely love my brutes more than my tanks.
I can't help you with 'Uber' vils.. I build to my own specifications. If you're looking for help building one of your high levels into a wrecking machine, you may want to try asking on the proper AT forum for the char you are interested in building up. -

4GB of RAM on a 32 bit system is a bit of a waste. 3GB is usually enough.
My Vista 32 system is running 3GB of RAM and it runs City better than my boyfriend's expensive gaming rig.. not because I added ram, but because I dropped a better gfx card in.
Check and see if your drivers need updates.
Maybe ask in the tech forum and see if your gfx card is up to snuff. -

You are not forced to do anything in this game that you personally dont want to do. No one is going to twist your arm and force you at lvl 5 to go to RWZ. You could just as easily play the way you did in Issue 13 as you can now.

Yes some of these changes make general leveling easier, but it also slows down the "bad" ways as well so the net effect seems to be a polishing of the whole game mechanic to me. *shrugs*
This game is too easy as it is. Juggling teams gave it some illusion of difficulty. Making a good team was something of a skill. And now it won't matter.
Again, I hope I'm wrong. And I'll just wait and see how it turns out. I love this game, but I feel like they are changing the whole mechanic of the game. -

I'm.. unsure about this. I'll reserve full judgment until I see how it is implemented and how it effects the game.. but I have to wonder.. what is the point in having levels at all anymore? Isn't the Insta50 button the next step?

I dunno.. just for another POV I have to say I usually get the axe. But I'm one of those few who don't choose the power until I need it. I have blackwand/nem staff to buff my offense powers for the beginning levels.. Usually I find I never pick between axe/mu until I find I really need one or the other.. and usually I make that decision when I'm up against ghosts.. and then never use it again.
I think the only ones I got Mu on and are happy with are my controller and my emp defender. -
Not sure aobut the chat logging.. but you can do /copychat tabname
and that will copy all the lines in the tab specified. There is a line limit though, so if you scroll all the way to the top of the tab, you'll see the first lines that /copychat will grab. So if what you're looking to log happened before that point, you're SOL.
EDIT: just to note, you have to actually paste the /copychat into a text editing program to save it. And unless they fixed it, it saves a bunch of coding garbage with it and can be super annoying to read.
