I hope so, because I just got a friend to quit WoW and play CoH, and I'd really have to kick myself if this game is going to basically become maintanence in the next year.

In fact (though this will change), I'm not even in the mood to make my new character.

It's like that artical threw a javelin right through my heart... regardless of what Statesman says.

I just get this feeling that CoX is going to still be the better game.

As long as Cryptic sticks with it.

I just don't really see how appealing it is to be a "corny" superhero like Marvel makes.

"Corny" meaning spandex and blah blah blah.

Unless they give you a character creation system that's just like City of X.

The thing that keeps me playing this is making characters that are based around Anime or other media because that's exactly what you can do with the awesome character creation system in CoX.

Overall, I want to hear Statesman say "Cryptic is going to put in as much, if not more effort into CoX although we're making and running MUO."

I doubt we'll see that though. It's just going to become "keep up maintanence" isn't it? Maybe make an issue once every year and a half.

I'm really disheartened.

Ohhhh, if you would do Samantha Marain for me, I'd love you forever! I'm trying to get a cool picture of her done

She's an assassin who can condense, and freeze the water in the air into senbon needles (like acupuncture needles), and she uses them to encase her rapidly growing seeds so that she can throw them into enemies, making the foe burst (painfully) into a living ecosystem from the inside.

Using either the ice needles alone, or with a seed in them, is how she assassinates people!

(Plant/Ice dominator).

So if you'd WANT to make her, that'd be real cool You do very good work!

Her in a cool pose, forming these needles, or holding them, would look awesome!

Oh and Lord_Askari, I wanted to make a side note.

Samantha Marain is a Plant/Ice dominator. Her deal is that she encases rapidly growing seeds in these icy needles and throws them into her targets or the ground. That's how her plant holds work (in RP). So that's how she assassinates people -- if a well placed needle of ice won't get the job done, then the enemy can burst and become a living ecosystem for my plants! ::Laughs maniacally::

Thought I'd give you that extra info just in case.

I can't wait to see what you cook up!

Yep, edge does that effect in Irf. I remember when I used to use irfanview. Some cool effects in there.

Then, I moved my photo skills up to "The Gimp" which is is freeware and is pretty darn good in my opinion.

I made this from scratch in The Gimp. It's easy to learn and doesn't take long to learn how to do well. Take from this signature I made for myself what you want.

Note: The picture is kind of gory, and the blurry arms is telekinesis. It's made for an anime called Elfen Lied (One of my favorite animes of all time). Probably not my best signature, but it's my favorite because of the anime I made it for.
