Oro FB mishes are screwed.
I ran a level 50 arc last night with the 'enemies buffed' and 'no travel powers' restrictions. All spawns were level one, except GW who was level 40...killed her with nothing more than [Build Up]+[Hot Feet]+[Burn].
Completed the arc but didnt get the badges. Sent a petition about it and also noted that the spawn levels were low. Support response said the game logs didnt even show that I'd placed the restrictions. However, I know I did. Walked across the RWZ.
And I'm close to joining the 600 Club. This sucks

I've always been a blaster fan, and my fave blaster (blapper fairly) can usually melee elite bosses. Since I was pretending to be a scrapper I figured I'd make my first. Now that he's lvl 50 and slotted out, I'd like some advice from you scrapper masters.
He's not soft-capped on defense but has an amazing regen rate (+1700% with [Instant Healing] engaged). I'd like to tweak him for pvp. Here's the build; advice? EDIT--few notes. During the respec I took Super Jump much earlier
and have considered dropping [Focused Accuracy] in favor or [Web Grenade].

As far as insps go, I say go nuts. Often in a 1v1 match its an unspoken rule that their use is wimpy. Set the rule before the fight starts and agree or disagree. A 1v1, like any duel, should follow the rules set by the participants.
That said...we should all hit Warburg or SC or something... -
You could probably get a pvp event started via the forums easily enough. I'd like to see WB, SC or BB used more--the different pvp dynamics are interesting.
Personally I hop into RV all the time. However after 15 minutes of beating vills down only to have them hit 'Hibernate' again...and again...and again...I get annoyed and its not worth it any more.
Either [Hibernate] has to go or it needs to have a time limit slapped on it to prevent the typical BS that accompanies this power.
It's cheap, which is why I refuse to use it and respec'ed it out of any toon that had it. -
