Ellectra on your build you took Static Sheild at 49,you should try and fit it in sooner as that is your Mez Protection power.
Without it you'll be getting stunned,held and slept alot.The 2 builds posted to help you both took it as early as possible,maybe they didn't notice otherwise I'm sure they would have pointed that out to you.
Level 30 seems a little late for your knockback protection as well,but with the help you've already received it looks alot sturdier than what you had before and should be alot of fun to play. -
Was playing around in mids and came up with this,worth building?
I know the values would be higher with max level IO's but I like to exemplar down alot for doing tf's.

RipColt the slotting you have in RttC is doing almost nothing for your regen which is what keeps a WP anything in the fight.
The slotting in Intial Strike isn't improving the dmg of the power at all.
Some of the other builds posted will have a hard time hitting reliably against anything other than even level mobs as Kinetic Combats don't have much in the way of accuracy.
This is what I have planned for my StJ/WP,it does require the PvP +3% def IO and I know I've gone over the rule of 5 on 9% acc bonuses but I wanted the other bonuses that went along with it.
Like another build posted here I did it in Dynamic mode so the slots might not be in the order I would slot them in game and the low level IO's are for Ex-ing down which I tend to do alot,anywhy here it is

you could even switch out the last slot in Spinning Strike for the Force Feedback proc if you don't mind a little more endurance drain. -

I know it falls a little short of the magical number 45%,but I was trying to get as close as I could while keeping end usage as far down as possible.
It does go over 45 with stealth on,but I'm not sure how much of that is lost while fighting,it also goes over with one ally in range of Phalanx Fighting. The empty spot in OWtS is hopefully going to have the PvP +3% def eventually also taking it over.
Also planning on upgrading the IO's in LBE and ET to purple sets as I get them.
Anyway take a look and let me know what you think,haven't seen many other MA/SD builds posted and out of the ones I did see none had LBE and ET,two powers I really wanted.

might not be the best board for this but the scrapper folk seem to be active posters and very helpful as well.
So anyway the question is when using mids is there a way to set different enhancements at different levels? All I seem to be able to do is set them all at the highest or all at the lowest.I'm new to using mids and maybe I'm missing something thats right in my face?
