Thats not cool on the devs part...
  2. here is a death trap I stumbled when it came to the Incarnate system...

--If GR introduces one incarnate level and they are subsequent to each other then if we didn't buy GR and we didn't do the first Incarnate level then the following incarnate levels wont be active?

I am confused because if this is the scenario...we will all have to buy GR to get that incarnate level unless the incarnate system is able to skip and stop as we pick much like the Power Pools.

I dont want to sound like a doomcaster but this seems to lock us into getting GR...hope I am wrong...
  3. I for one don't want a 24 player map... I dont know how my comp will handle it...I dont like invasions as it is because there is usually 15 MM that cant play in one area.
  4. i think this is the only thing my 50's are going gaga for.

GG are you going to NYCCC?
  5. i18 is not a slap in the face... if you don't buy GR you still get stuff.

--CoP ( play it or not its not required)
    --Limited Tip missions
    --New costumes
    --Emotes

If you buy GR you get to use the Tip missions to switch your alliance AFTER level 20. That is about all i18 is. The devs could be full pricks and make i18 GR dependent and go on their merry way.

My only wish for Praetoria is that it gets more and more content added to it including a new Calvin Scott Task Force, new resistance contacts, new loyalist contacts, a new DE inspired zone and more meat added to it.

As for City of Heroes, I would like the Praetorian Mission Arcs in PI to get a face lift to reflect GR...It would suck having to fight Mother Mayhem as her legacy version not get GR version and the fact that you still fight the crazies but not the seers.

On a side not, since we are getting an introduction to an Incarnate level...will our Incarnate contact be Lord Recluse/Statesman or somewhere in Cimerora (Spelled wrong but W/E)?
  6. Why expect more proliferation? with GR I can take a Dark/Dark Corr to Paragon or a Ice/ Tanker to The Rogue Isles?

Granted, I rather have Illusion Control with a Dom Assault powerset but beggars cant be choosers.
  7. [QUOTE=Sardan;3014284]Ghost Falcon just posted on this. The devs are not actively working on base raids. They have previously mentioned there are things they want to fix in PvP to get base raids going, so I think it's safe to surmise they're not actively working on PvP either.

whatever you want to think but Ill think in the positive to make me stay in this game!

Since Tip missions are level 20 and higher can we all take a guess to the fact that this is side switching for level 20 and up? Instead of going to Praetoria and going down to level 1 we can stay in Paragon or Rogue Isles and do the tip missions to side switch?

this is how I analyze it...and tip missions fill a meter for a morality mission.
  8. I for one am happy about this issue. I dont see how a revised CoP could suck. The devs have been working on this as promised...thats a big glimmer of hope for base raids, base additions, PvP and every other dead horse that they are working on!
  9. I dont know, I wouldnt mind seeing the tip missions having a second ending. Maybe we can get temp powers like in the hideout raid missions in the mayhem missions.

I wouldnt mind stealing a temp power for a faction as my reward. There are so many possibities with the tip system.

Never know, though.
well, I say this because I would think that you get two meters, one for a Vigilante and one for a Rogue. As you complete tip missions in a rogue way your meter fills up for rogue or if you complete your mission as a Vigilante, the meter fills up that way leading to a morality mission that will change your alignment in the way that mission is.

I see this as steal enough candy from a baby gets your the final act of evil or the save enough kittens from a tree and become a hero.

but in order to get that option you have to do enough evil to get that option so I would see Tip mission as two options.

::go into one of the numerous wharehouses and fight the Carnival of Shadows to rescue Sussie Slater::

Go in, fight the Carnies but instead you help the carnies keep her.

    --or--

Go in and fight the Carnies and rescue sussie

If the tip missions are gained from defeated foes, will they have a contact?

    Hey Ghost Falcon,

does this mean that the Tip missions will have possible two outcomes, one for a rogue and one for a vigilante?

This would be awesome, since the morality missions are going to be for a rogue or vigilante, I would think that the tip missions have to lead to a type of morality and therefore have two possible outcomes.

So completing the tip mission with the Vigilante option counts towards getting a morality mission that deals with becoming a villain...

Didnt we have to enter this trial through a raid teleporter in our base? It has been so long since I even brought those memories.

The funny thing was that in the Q&A I asked about the CoP and if it was coming back in I18/GR

  17. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that heroes that go bad should just keep their APP's and let villains that turn good keep their PPP's AND get APP's.

Its bout time villains get a lil extra? Our PPP's suck...
  18. Q12 and 17 are my questions! I am thinking that the world outside of Praetoria looks like the hive. Ideally I would want to know if outside Praetoria is there a Luddite/DE alliance?!

...I really want a toxic blast powerset...
  19. I submitted my questions to the devs...Maybe if everyone posted their questions we could spam a demand for an actual answer than asking in the dark?
  20. Should I be a spaz and ask when Going Rogue is coming out and how many zones are included and what new powers we get?
  21. NOT TO BE A TROLL... I don't see the awesome gleam on this Booster Pack...

I think if they wanted to do this it should be in game or on a weekend when people arent working. I am not sitting by my comp all day and looking at facebook.
