OK - here's the most likely outcome...
If you own both games, you get all options - the new CoV sets will be accessible for your heroes.

Why? You maybe have never heard of a guy named Ghost Rider? -

I've alluded to this in a couple of places, but I wanted to describe something we'll be doing for Super Reflexes quite soon...
Super Reflexes Auto powers (Agile, Dodge, and Lucky) now add some minor damage resistance. This Damage resistance starts at 0%, but improves as the caster loses HP. The Resistance kicks in at 60% HP (when HP bar first changes color) and markedly increases at 40% and 20% (again, when the bar changes color). We have not yet determined the exact values.
This change is in addition to the recent modification that gave most Defense Primary and Secondary powers resistance to Defense Debuffs (self Defense powers).

While I don't like *everything* you do with the game, this is one of my fondest wishes, implemented in a way I find interesting and fun. I thank you, my scrapper thanks you. -

I can verify this. I did numina's TF about a month and a half ago and did not get the badge for defeating Jurassik.

Same. Did it about a month ago with two different characters about a week apart. Neither got the Solution badge.

And same here. Couple of months ago. I was rather ticked at the lack, myself. -
I like the hostage escorts. Flower Knight in Outbreak was one of the most exciting things I saw (though I will admit to being easily amused). I've long thought that missions where we were to rescue a purported hero (and there are a few) resulted in the same "Eek! I must run wildly like a chicken with its head cut off!" effects were annoying. I *like* seeing a hero that I've rescued turn and assist the rest of the mission.

Supergroup Name: Paragon City Homeless Shelter
Leader: The Panhandler
Good day to you. You see us in your missions, but never think about us again. You certainly don't see us on the streets, though you may never wonder why that is. We are the homeless, the poor, the faces of the streets. We're "recruited" by the Lost, harassed by the Vazhlok, and I suspect rousted by the police (they certainly don't seem to stop any actual crime in this city).
We're not taking it anymore. We care about our city and our fellow citizens, too, even if we lack a permanent address. You'll see us fighting alongside you, and maybe you'll even be willing to drop us a couple of influence for a cup of coffee or sandwich.
*This is a little theme that started as a minor protest, me having become tired of seeing begging letters on the broadcast channels. A guy who begged in increments of 2 to 5 influence seemed like a harmless way to protest. Then I got serious, the manifesto above was born, and the Paragon City Homeless Shelter was registered. Come, have a little fun with us. Requirements are simple: By name, appearance and/or bio, be a street person. Current examples are the Panhandler, Homeless Waif and our resident techie The Missing Part. Keep the begging within reason and have a sense of humour about it all.
