ye well bases were his baby they just nver had the resorces to get it all sored and working as intended but lets hope with this move they do now coz bases realy do need some lovin for the big groups and especialy for the smaller groups

its that awful time of year again when everybody is chearful happy and freindly to each other so on that note the sg has set a date for a xmas bash on the 30th of decenber starting about 7pm gmt

there will be a few fun and games along the lines of a costume competition hide and seek and one or two strange arena events there will be inf and prezzies as prizes and one promotion will be handed out for free so show up you never kow what you might come away with


on ther news we will soon be starting a reguler team night or two the team will be ran by my new stalker thats currently lvl 4ish i think and will probibly happen twice a week for some lovely xp lvlin fun if your interested let me know here or ingame

myself and kashi were talking about draging the clones out for a team at some point this week probibly thursday night so thought i would stick a note here for any of you lot that might be payig atention

cant speak for everybody else but im getting my numbers based on the one i got last week for 15 and the average price of the other sales it showed was about the same as well

that dosnt mean it hasnt gone up in price since then tho it is an open market after all

it is a bug and should still slot ok i remeber rumors of these poping up very very rarely on transfers rfom the us to here but never actuly seen or heard one on people i know myself

just for the record that particular recipe can go for anyting up to 15mil on villians but the normal price seems o be about 10mil'ish on heros ive seen it selling for a hell of alot more so its a good deal for anybody that can get it unfortunitly i cant lol but good luck finding somebody

this is just a quick note that since this thread was started the union leaders channel has been started back up by myself @bru and @maxpowerz, @von and @far-seer, we are there to do our best to help with situations like salvage theft even if it is only give advice and help replace what was stolen

every sg is welcome to get either there leader or somebody given permission to speak for there group to the channel contact any one of the globals mentioned above for an invite.

as for what to do if anything is actuly stolen from your group, the official dvice is report it who dun it and what they have taken suport wont garentee you get it back but it helps them track and see if one person is doing it over and over thus greifing and then they can take action against the acount

the old recrutment corner hasnt been used or updated in a very very long time so think having a new one is a good idea event tho i still havent got round to sticking dark lords details up yet

as for the problem witht eh fire and ice i new it being an aux item would flag up problems anyway but beleve it or not after some faffing about witht he editer over the past couple of hours i have manaed to fit a second control room into the base to hld the pillar just not clear on if we will be able to use it whileits un attached but i will figure that one out later atleast for the moment i know it can be made to fit its just the editer being a complete pain in the back end as alweays altho i still have to admit its still not the worst editer of this kind i have used

while tweeking the base for the them sg im a member of (twised helix) i found something intertestin that may have been over looked but the basic base you can do for smaller or solo one man bases cant actuly place the pillar of ice and fire

our base is a slightly tweeked basic design to give us as much use out of it as possible but we have an oversigt room to give us power and control from the combi boiler i mean genny thing a infirmery so we can place insp storage and two workshops one for a vauilt the other to hold the empowerment station the main oversight room also holds an enhancement bin.

now we are also on the smallest plot so wewcan avoid rent issues so this means we can only have the one control room and that is what the oversight room is classed as, the oversight room dosnt allow the pillar and we cant place another control room to place it in there so what do we do apart from spending the next 6 month trying to farm prestige so we eventuly earn enuff to have a normal base or is there another solution.

i cant rememerb the prices but the stat up room is where to go and the starter control/power3x3 in control list for about 50k then add on a workshop2x2 and a hospital bay 2x2 that should give you room to place 3 storage items your ress machine and plenty space to mess about with for a few 100k prestige

ive dun alot of messing about with the base editer thingy and foun this to be the cheapest useful base to do, if you need any more advice feel free to gimi a shout ingame im sure i can loan you an alt to help sort it out the globals @bru

i havent actuly atempted a run since i used to do it weekly but so far havent heard if anybody has managed it o course i could be wrong. but i woulld think if somebody pulled it of they would have been on the forums sharpish to let the world know

i used to run a rsf once a week for a long time there and with a good team i recon the new badges are possible you just need to be very careful

i would start by getting atlast one more mellee in there as there is 2 of the vindicators team and 2 of the freedom phlanax who can cut thru all a stones defences with pci damage and quite hapily two shot granit so come sort of second mellee toon would help you alot i would also split the buff team between cors and mms for instance 2/dark toons corr or mm and atleast one of each /ice /thermal and /rad that leaves room for 3 other toons one of which is to be your granit

ok now thats a silly idea however it was widely requested last year by loads of people i even joined in and you know there wouldnt be a single base that wouldnt have its tree up for the big day

lol typical creats a them sg gets us all interested then bugers off to play other games,... i think we should lead a revolt and take over the sg or something else that dosnt require quite as much effert

i think the esxtra 765 slots will help the smaller sgs mre than peopel think at first, for a start it means loads of room for alts so it means if you comit to a smaller sg you can coit all your toons in one go if you like which helps build the comunity feel of an sg, and thats the hard part.

as for the larer groups there obviousely gona benifit from the increase groups like firtys and evil are realy well known for there expliots about the islands so people like to join for those reasons dark lords has always benifited from being n coalition with evil as we tended to take a few alts here and there when members used there space up and so far i havent seen that chane dramatical as the coalition seems to be holding stable and stoping the rush of move alts around for us atleast.

what i think it will bring more than anything is cometition in the ranks with the all the groups able include more new members and old members alts this should mean a increase in earning of some description only time will tell if its good or bad. with any luck it will be a good one

ive found it hard to decorate the control room as well mainly because of the lack of things i would like to see there like computer consoles from some of the tech based missions like council bases your typical lab look and maybe even some of thearchonos stuff jus to add the actule feel that it might actly control something

i havent paid that close atention to the others in the group to see how it looks on them tho lol, i would try the fang skull as wel first before you give up on it coz its slightly smalled with a slightly different shape so might scale better onto the smaller toon

the cop dosnt work so you dont get the iop but the insta raid a number of groups do try and get them going regular

ive never been a fan of the fighting set since ed was droped in used to have it on my troller back when he worked great as a tank lol
