I'm thinking of making a ninja/storm for farming... I'm imagining group tp with all my toggles on... Freezing rain... Taunting... And high defence and -tohit debuffs. Has anyone tried this?

I'm workin on a ss/sd for an AOE death machine. I'll tell you how it goes when I get IO'd out.

From what I can tell it will be amazing as long as I can cap my defense. Then I will focus on global recharge and damage on my AOE's.

I'm debating between ss/sd and elec/ sd.

Fortunately I have tons of influence so I can basically buy any io's I want... I'm just not sure what I want though. Two teleport attacks would be amazing... But then again, footstomp is just amazing fully slotted.

I'm guessing I'll be able to cap my defences... Esp when I take soul mastery.. Then I'll focus on global recharge and Aoe attacks.

I make farm toons... What's better damage? Lightning rod with the shield charge or footstomp with with the shield charge? Over time of course.

can anyone remember the formula to determine the speed of a power recharging based on the amount of global recharge you have?

i seem to remember that there was one for max recharge...

anyway.. how quick if maxed global recharge.. perma hasten.. etc.. could i get the mini nuke off?

How well can a fully io'd out fortunata do on a farm compared to the permadom fire/psi? I've noticed some nice AOE capabilities on the fortunata, but I haven't really messed with one yet. I think with enough recharge many of those AOE's can be shot off pretty quick.

I'd tell ya if I knew. A lot of peeps pretend like they have morals. It's one thing to cheat and another thing to ask about a farm mission to get more tickets.
