If the upcoming I13 features base love which has been long promised, then things are likely to be very different. Either way, the whole point of superGROUPS is that they are a collection of more than one individual. That's not to say you can't have a solo SG/base but why then should it be easy for you to make a base when it's tough for a group?

Yeah and to muddy the waters further, take Squadron Supreme. They are Mavel rips of DC IP, Hyperion, Nighthawk et al. Hell in JMS' reload they even take the proverbial out of their DC counterparts, yet nobody seems to blink at that

He would be trademarked/IP but you cannot copyright names. I've quoted the book Legend by David Gemmell and the film of the same name starring David Bowie... same title totally different products.

I'd love to see this graphically and get some proper stats analysis but I also wonder if Origin/AT would impact on it, as well as starting location.

I'd be really interested in seeing a larger sample base. I also notice a total absence of Cimeroroa and I'm curious as to when this was carried out... I'm getting the feeling, especially Hero-side that there's more content than one toon can take in.

Also a quick question to satisfy my pedantic mind: Did you ever access Flashback missions from the base using the base item pillar of ice and flame? If so, how did you count those? A Base Visit or an Ouroboros visit? :P

I've got a feeling I read something that NCSoft are doing for some of their other games but the details escape me I admit... but yeah a generic NCSoft account that you can top up and take funds from there for every game function

I get my 27 month reward this week, and when I realised that I suddenly had a thought about all the stuff I just HAVEN'T done in this wonderful game we play.

I'm arguably one of the more intense players, given that I play for normally a couple of hours every day, and I've done that almost since day one. Yet, I've hardly ever set foot in the Shadow Shard (ok let's exclude pocket d for the pedants amongst you ) or done any of the missions there. I've never once done the new revised Hamidon (not sure if anyone does) and tho I have done many TFs on various toons, I've missed a few on all my toons. I've done very little zone PVP apart from the odd collection of Shivans and badge camping.

That made me think - what else might I be missing and what have you never done, especially if you play a lot? Unfulfilled ambitions within game?

Let's hear them and, the germ of an idea is maybe we can make the ambitions happen somehow?

I use repel because simply put it's excellent melee defence. They gotta be near you to hit you
