Ernesto Hess' Task Force needs to be unlocked first (as most TF contacts, they won't talk you until you finished a specific arc).
What Knightly means, is that he never done Lars Hansen story arc (it's the needed arc to unlock the TF), so Ernesto Hess doesn't speak to him yet.

I hope I remember correctly: Low level freaks have only dull pain. At later levels are resistant to cold attacks and have some status protection. Only tanks (bosses) are resistant to smash and lethal. All freaks are very vulnerable to energy attacks. Of course I might remember wrong...

Ahhh... Bad timing for me Echo, it would be great if you was doing this while I was rolling out my second ice tanker (now is level 40 already)...

Having already a level 50 ice troller, trolling option is out too for me... The only thing that is left that I might enjoy is my ice blaster (currently at level 19) but I don't know the schedule of your new team and what my free time will be.

I don't think it's server's fault. Most people think that because they are playing a "game" and been protected by internet's anonymity, how they react doesn't matter.

Most, fail to realize that this is one more social activity, that they are playing with other people like them, so they believe that there is no need to think before they act (or think how *they* would react if someone was acting like them).

You can never know what to expect when you're PuGing. I am not saying to stop PuGing all together, but I strongly suggest you to take a couple of friends with you while doing that. Damage will mitigate if you know that you're not alone in this.

Hmm.. My antivirus search inside CoH's exe and scans the RAM where the game puts it's data all the time, I guess it's also against EULA
