Hi folks - I'm looking to do a switch with a rich villains player who has a broke hero!

I've got 5 million Influence on my main hero atm, sitting gathering dust, and I'd like to get some Infamy on my main villain, who after the incomplete level 17 DO buying spree is stoney broke atm.

I'll give 3-4 million Influence to someone with a hero in a similar situation if they can do the same for me on the flip side.



WoW had this system worked out perfectly - you could mail money & items to any character including your own alts (faction allowances providing of course), but CoX still lacks in this regard.

Aye, I've had a sub for the past 3 months, but after the first month back, and particularly after finishing off the Praetorian Arc and getting the State's Pal badge, I couldn't gather the enthusiasm to play much more :/

TBH it's maybe because I've seen more or less everything the game has to offer, and I'm not a huge fan of CoV for various reasons.

I've posted on our SG forums as well, which I meant to do last night, but was just too bloody knackered to stay on any longer

I'll not be renewing my sub come the end of the month.

I've begun playing WoW as a Warlock, found a guild, and I'm enjoying it loads.

This of course means that someone needs to assume the mantle of the Keeper of the List!


Whoever takes it on, I can send them the current list in access, excel and csv format, so they can easily import it into their program of choice.

Sally is actually very easy to get - you should bump into her in Croatoa if you hang about for 20 mins or so. She'll respawn within the hour when you thump her the first time.

The Kraken is impossible - in the 14 months I've been playing I've seen the Kraken ONCE, which is how my level 50 got his Unleasher badge. It's spawn time really does need looked into by the Devs.

Regens do NOT get healing badges from DP and Recon. These are self heals - the healing badges are obtained from HPs healed by you on other players. Which is why most Empaths at a high-ish level have most of them.

Regen has been given a back seat on the idea that the best defence is a good offence and her attack style is based on keeping opponents off their feet to cut down on incomming damage. She's not intended for PvP but I did double slot for accuracy on her attacks as it can hurt when she misses.

Instant Healing is next on the list, then I'll probably go for Focused accuracy or Assault depending on how things feel.

Looking at the OPs built I'd suggest replacing Combat Jumping and Super Jump with Air Superiority and Fly. If you're ignoring parry's defence bonus in favour of more attacks then the extra attack from Air Sup' will outweigh the defence bonus. I know Air Sup causes you to put away your weapon but the delay is hardly anything new for Broadsword scrapper . Just follow up straight away with Hack > Headsplitter (or Disembowel).
Fly, while slow, is far more versatile.

DP at 24?

Eep. DP is by far your best regen power until 16, when my fave Int comes along.

A combo of Recon, DP & Int should see you through until 28 where you should pick up IH - leaving it any later than it's first appearance is risky imo.

I would honestly take parry - if only for Boss/EB/AV encounters.

I'm currently soloing the Praetorian Arc on heroic, so the AVs are EBs now. And Divine Avalanche (Kat's version of Parry) is a lifesaver. Once you build up a couple of strikes with DA the EB just swishes at you for most of the fight.

I'm a convert btw - I used to think it was worthless too, but I slotted it as a spare power in my recent respec and it's become invaluable.

It's less useful I find in a gang of mobs, as I think the defence only stacks versus attacks from the DA'd mob in question.
